Lesson learned here. I have used this location for years, but will never order from this Domino’s again. Apparently under new management (sign outside the store), it is understaffed, undertrained, and lacking in basic customer communications/resolve.
My last order was reported as delivered but I never received it. I called the store and reported it immediately following the phone notification and once I checked the patio. I told the associate that the Domino’s app showed my order as delivered and offered that the driver must have left the food at the wrong address. He confirmed my address and told me, “Your order was delivered. The driver left it.” I reiterated that my order was not dropped at my address and that I checked right when the “delivered” notification came through to my phone. He replied, “Well, that’s what it says…I don’t know what to do…uhhh, I have people in my store I need to help so just hang on.” After being on hold for 7 minutes, I hung up. I placed at least 5 calls to the store that were immediately picked up/disconnected and finally just left to ring repeatedly.
For what should have been a delivery, I had to pack up with kids in tow and drive to the store to get help with a problem that could have been handled over the phone.
I walked into the store and the employee was there, front and center, no other customers inside, no calls ringing off the hook. I told him who I was and that I needed help because I didn’t receive my order. He argued that it was delivered (sigh) again. I pleaded with this dude and reminded him that I called right away after checking my patio - and now had come from across town to have him accuse me of lying, I guess? “The driver told me he delivered it.” I asked for a photo of where it was left (driver did not take one); I asked to speak to the driver (he wasn’t there); I asked to speak to anyone who could help. Not once did the associate apologize, offer a refund, or offer to remake my order so I could just take it home from there. It wasn’t until I said that up-front payment for goods/services, followed by a failure to provide those goods/services is basically theft did he cancel the order and hand me a receipt. And yikes - he touched the register and went back to handling dough.
I left my number and a request for a call from a manager (I was told they were coming in that evening). No call or voicemail. I lost reward points within this purchase as well. I hate complaining but this was too much.
Everyone was disappointed about dinner so I placed an order at the Lewisville/Round Grove location and picked it up before going home. Ready on time, fully-staffed (friendly staff as well), and really great pizza. I will never use the Coppell/Beltline...
Read moreI wish they had a no star option. My son likes Domino's and I won't eat it at all actually. However, this was the worst pizza buying experience ever. Walk in and I see someone who is clearly scared of cutting pizzas attempting to cut a small pizza with extra cheese. (what I ordered). While the person was cutting the pizza with great hesitation another person walks over to her and pulls cheese stuck to the cutter off of it and just throws it on top of the pizza. The pizza was put in a medium box - so I was a little relieved that it may not have been my son's order. I was then told my order was still in the oven - despite it being past the ready time. I stand there and watch these people NOT USING GLOVES shovel on toppings, touch the register and other services and then go back to trying to cut pizzas. I could not believe we sat there for 10+ minutes... only to have one of the people take the small pizza from the medium box... tell the person who clearly is scared of cutting pizzas that it was a small they put in the medium box and then bring the pizza up to ring up. So the ill cut pizza that someone threw hot cheese on with their bare hands was my son's after all. Before them figuring out my son's pizza was in a medium box they were looking at the tickets trying to get some order. I didn't work there but I knew the orders were mixed up after walking in. It was such a sad display that I told my son I would never buy Domino's again. He only ate 2 slices due to it being lunch time and him being hungry. And usually he eats the leftovers I put in an air fryer at home. The rest of this pizza went into the garbage. There is no consistency with Domino's collectively. The workers really need to wear gloves. I should have walked back out as soon as I saw the person removing the cheese from the cutter and slapping it on the pizza. I may be more surprised they didn't lick their fingers after. Didn't even wash their hands. This was so bad Domino's won't get another dime from me. (and I used to buy 3-4 a week for my...
Read moreHorrible horrible service. I have never. At the end of the day I received no food. I will be taking this to the tippy top of the food chain at dominos. I understand that this is a franchise so I will be taking it even higher. I won't stop until the people that are in charge there are rewarded for their poor customer service. I Had a problem with the manager-some lady. Very poor attitude. And very un professional and unapologetic about it. Calling customer service as we speak . She even cursed. So I called customer service then I ordered again online and now it hasn't even come. so I call the store but they say there is no order even going out right now for my phone number but clearly I ordered online with the order number being 214802. Now I'm on hold so I can speak with aurthor who is the manager at this store it has been 2 hours. So now I am reporting from 3 hours out from my initial order They returned my money without so much as a text or call or e-mail. I am catching a flight in a few so I could care less about the refund I just want my pizza! Time is money and money is time! The rude lady voided my order when she saw my name pop up. Like I said . I have never. I own several small businesses. I will also report the BBB. So mister Author , you can thank your manager for mishandling my order for your current bbb business rating...
