When I saw the "Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives" Guy Fieri signed poster on the wall, I was instantly excited, expecting an amazing meal.. It was disheartening that the food was simply average or slightly above that. Their ice cream machine was apparently broken which was unfortunate because it's one of the highlights of the location and sauce bottles in the seating area were either empty or too difficult to squeeze. The food was just good. Not bad enough to warrant regret and not good enough to make you want to travel there again. The burgers were barely juicy and looked to be standard frozen patties. The loaded fries we had came out room temperature and the cheese was more solid than it was flowy. The environment is awesome which makes this place a great local spot if you are within 5 min, especially if you live in the community it's located withing. Average food, solid price, and a great atmosphere makes for a nice night out. I don't know. It seems like this place hit its peak a few years back when they got the Food Network's attention. If Guy had the food we had, he would have walked out... Might try it again sometime but certainly not eager. Hopefully it will be better.

Our recent visit to here was fantastic! From start to finish, it was one of the most creative, fun, and downright delicious meals we’ve had in a long time. Let me walk you through the order so you know what not to miss. We kicked things off with the fried pickle chips—perfectly tangy, crisp, and addictive. Next came the Freaky Fries, which could honestly be a full meal on their own. Smothered in rich, creamy queso with hatch green chilies and topped with succulent roast beef, they were nothing short of spectacular. Excellent. Just excellent. Then came the burgers—wow. The Jon Bon Mi Burger was a playful and tasty tribute to the Vietnamese bánh mì, full of bold, fresh flavors. But the Deez Nuts Burger stole the show. Yes, it has peanut butter cups and potato chips on it, and yes, it’s absolutely amazing. The sweet and salty combo hit every note perfectly. It’s a must-try. A special shout-out goes to Lucas, the manager, who treated us like royalty. His enthusiasm for the new menu was infectious, and his recommendations were spot on. He made our experience feel personal and memorable. We’ll be back. Again. And again. And again.

Went today to get burgers, fries, fried pickles and a top shelf margarita. After more than 10 minutes I went to the bar and asked about my margarita. The girl at the register rang it in as regular - no big deal, mistakes happen. The guy at the bar who identified himself as “the GM right now”, insinuated I was lying about ordering top shelf and said if I wanted it he would have to re-ring it and charge me again for inventory purposes. This is not about the $3 extra. It’s about the principle of customer service. Instead of apologizing and rectifying their mistake, I was accused of lying when the GM said “that’s not what you ordered”. I know what I ordered. On top of that, after at least 30 mins of sitting, my friend was told that the burgers for her and her daughter had “got bumped and forgotten”. Their way of “taking care” of this was by giving her the wrong order to-go. She was given a free chocolate shake as an apology. How is that going to affect the inventory? Also, what kind of GM would be okay with serving a tray of fries that look like this and are totally inedible, on top of everything else. Will never be returning.

We went to go eat yesterday at this restaurant. This was my first time eat here so not sure how they are all the time. Twisted has THE WORST food. So I'm just gonna say it.... I ordered the Goat cheese burger with onion strings. When I get burger, the bun is greasy as hell so I have to wipe it off with a paper towel. I took a bite of my burger and immediately spit it out. My wife was surprised cause I NEVER DO THAT AT THE TABLE... My meat tasted spoiled...worst taste that gets in your mouth. I get the waitress and she happily orders me another burger...oh by the way, my onion rings were cold (but good which was the only thing)🤢 so I asked her to remake them. I get my burger back and take a bite and it was raw in the middle (not medium rare like I like it...raw) I was done.... My wife's salad came out with a dirty bowl on the outside of it. My son's fries were luke warm...on the cold side and looked like his portion came from the bottom of the barrel. Oh...and by the way, you get as much pickles as you want! I thought, YEAH! Winning!! But, uh....the buckets of pickles, yeah, ANYONE can sneeze, cough, stick their hands in and grab..kids are unsupervised in that area...disgusting..How the hell is this restaurant still alive in Coppell??!! We were there for a fundraiser event and there was hardly anybody there. Maybe 30...SMDH Gross...

I’m giving 2 starts because I wasn’t too impressed with the food it was just a Burger to me..but what is terrible with this restaurant it’s their workers and how they run things. Me and my family visited on a Sunday afternoon. I understand weekends are busy but they only had 4 staff members working. Right as we are about to order the cashier tells us that “they are really busy and our order will take a minute” we said it was fine. But again just didn’t feel like a good atmosphere. Second they had no ice in their machine. And when someone tried to mentioned it to one of the workers preparing the food he looked back and said “we are too busy right now please wait” again I understand the situation but that’s not even the type of place I would like to put my money in. Once we sat down the tables were dirty. The condiments on every table were empty.. people kept trying to find a bottle of ketchup that wasn’t empty and we couldn’t find none. The place just felt so unsupervised or taken care of. I hope who ever owns this place rethinks there way of running things and definitely find the right workers for their business. This restaurant could be so much more but it is lacking so much. Wish we...
