These guys really need some work getting orders to dining in guests in a timely manner. My family of five and I showed up on a Sunday, a little after noon and the place was empty. Initially, they had one young lady behind the counter who appeared very uninterested in us entering the business. At no time were we ever welcomed in or asked if we had menu questions or any other greeting of the sort. We took a few moments looking at the menu, then finally, after stepping directly up to the cash register, the lady asked "Are you ready to order"? After ordering $98 worth of food and drinks, I was immediately prompted for a tip on the digital terminal. As much as I was reluctant to do so, I went ahead and provided a 20% tip. I really don't like tipping ahead of any service, and this establishment reminded me why I should not do so again. With nobody else in the dining area, we waited almost an hour before our food was finally delivered to our table. The place looked nice and appeared clean, except for our table, which we had requested be wiped off before we sat at it. The guy who finally delivered the pizzas, calzone, and wings asked if we wanted plates. Despite his asking, his body language gave off a vibe that we were somehow inconveniencing him. The lemon-pepper wings tasted and smelled like turkey for some reason and had little to no lemon-pepper flavor to them. The food was kind of just OK; not bad, but also not so great. There are several better pizza options in town. Hopefully, these folks can improve quickly. Overall, we were...
Read moreI’ve been to this pizza spot before and usually have a great experience, but this time was absolutely horrific. I normally order online or stop by in person, but this time I decided to call in my order. The young lady on the phone said they deliver, so I requested delivery. After waiting over an hour, I received a text message saying my order was canceled.
When I called back to ask why, I was told no one came to pick it up. I then went up there in person to get a refund and speak to the manager. I explained that whichever delivery company they use still represents their business. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager became belligerent, yelling that she couldn’t provide a receipt for my refund and insisting that the pizza company and the delivery company have nothing to do with each other.
In the middle of her yelling, she accidentally over-refunded me. When I noticed in my car, I went back in to let her know and return the difference. Rather than appreciating my honesty, she snatched the receipt from my hand and continued yelling.
I completely understand that everyone has bad days, but customer service should always come first—especially when a customer is going out of their way to correct a mistake the...
Read moreThe service here is awful and the atmosphere subpar. We walked into an empty dining area with at least 5 people standing behind the counter. Half of the young ladies behind the counter had a smirk and arms crossed and not one person greeted us. We dined in which I thought would be like any other pizza place where the food is served to you on a try you can actually eat at the table with. Nope. We ordered the RB (really big size) the pizza was delivered to us in a pizza box that took up the entire table so we were all forced to eat over the box which is fine because I was with my family but if I were with friends that would be an extremely awkward way to enjoy a meal since your basically eating over the top of the pizza in the box. Then we had to listen to the staff talk about how scientist are artificially inseminating hippos during our meal. Not a fan of that at all. Customer service is the 50% of what customers are basing their food experience from, not just the food itself. It’s a shame. Don’t suggest it unless you live in the area and can eat at home comfortably. The only reason I’m giving this a 2 is the service. The pizza was a 4, great...
