Taste of Cove Food Truck Park — Restaurant in Copperas Cove

My wife had the beef dog with ketchup, mustard & onion with a lemonade drink, while I had the blue cheese & bacon dog with Doritos & a Coke. Both dogs were delish! Soft buns, tasty dogs, and they were oh so fresh!

Some hotdogs contained pork, but a beef option was available, that was a plus. Our food arrived quickly as there were only two people in line ahead of us.

There was a macaroni noodle on one of the chairs at a nearby table, and two used packs of ketchup had been left on another. I actually fault the previous occupants more than the food truck park, folks just need to display good social skills and clean up after themselves, much like they should at a city park or a work break room. I would hardly call the dining area nasty. BTW, I cleaned up the macaroni & the ketchup packs.

The owner informed me that three other food trucks will be arriving soon, adding even more variety to the menu selections.

We’ll definitely be back, this is such a welcome addition...

It's a little bit of a shame that this is not more public because these people work their tail off they're super communicative in customer service oriented they work as a dynamic team they usher in newbies it's just pretty fantastic so I'm glad we stumbled across it and if you do you won't be disappointed cuz of that lemonade and that Puerto Rican truck listen!!! Awesome food and such a cute picnic area with a nice sprinkler fan making it such nice weather in this heat, I tried both the german and iraqi food soo amazing and honestly great portions I left full and took home a box and even ordered another cheescake from the iraqi food truck...
