Dashers enter with caution they are nice but always seems to be an issue with their online orders. Not enough staff to handle it or their efficiency is poor at handling in store and online orders and they get rude when your bring it their attention like it's your fault
Update* hi sorry your ignorance is showing on how the door dash process works I was assigned a double order because your store was behind on getting orders out if not mistaken a customer had a driver waiting over an hour and they came in personally to pick up their order, when you get assigned a double order you get penalized for taking yourself off the order, so either there was a timing error on your end or door dashes end but either way the driver gets screwed so please don't sit there and tell me again what I'm capable of doing because the reality is I've have several orders from your place of business and have yet to leave on time.
Also when you the first order has been sitting for 20min while I wait for other order and I ask for the original order to be warmed up because it's been sitting there and your employee takes walks behind a wall and comes back out not even 2min late with the same tied up bag nothing warmer then your failing your customer and display a terrible form of customer service.
And when door dash called to verify the situation and they are told 5min and I'm walking 15min later, your still going to blame me. How about you stop lying to yourself and blaming and act like a adult and business owner and correct the situation vs acting like a child and passing the blame
And yes after your response I already contacted door dash to file a report and to ensure I don't receive orders in the future

I drive for a delivery service and have picked up orders from here and waited over 30 minutes for them. To the point to where I no longer accept a pick up if I see that it is from here. Today, my husband and I decided to give them a try and went there for breakfast. Atmosphere is great, very welcoming, very quiet. You seat yourself, nicely decorated, and very clean. The staff are great, friendly and attenuative. Came around often for coffee refills. The coffee was okay, not the best but for sure not the worst I've ever had. The wait time was insane, we waited at least 45 minutes or longer for our food. I ordered biscuits and gravy with eggs and bacon. My husband ordered French toast with bacon. The food was not good.... I wish I had taken pictures to share... the bacon was burnt, my eggs were raw.. I asked for over medium to medium well. I told her I wanted the yellow a little runny. One egg was great. Then I cut into the second, it was straight raw, clear, snotty looking egg. My husband was trying to cut into his French toast, something he has ordered every single time we have gone out for breakfast during the 30 years we have been married, so he has eaten a lot of French toast. He could not cut through it with his fork. When he flipped it over he discovered it was the end pieces of the loaf of bread. Read moreHeld off giving a review the first time because I wanted to come back just see see if maybe I went on an off day. Well here's my review for both times for about 3 weeks apart. I ordered the Roscoe both times and went to pick up and of course the second time they tell me what they told me the first time, "Our waffle maker is down." Okay so just take waffles off the menu all together or don't offer Chicken and waffles because no one wants to eat chicken and pancakes or chicken and French toast. Now for the 9 people I'm ordering food for well 3 of them like waffles amd do not like French toast or pancakes so now that's 3 unhappy people. The first time the order was placed online, the second time we had to phone in because the order was not being confirmed through the online platform. So why not tell me over the phone when placing an order that the waffle maker is down? Second and this goes for both times. We were giving a time frame of 20 minutes our food would be ready so we arrive accordingly and both times we ended up waiting an extra 25 to 30 minutes.
