Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Coral Springs

Cashier didn’t seem please to work I ordered two flavors and requested that they were not to mix but put side to side as I normally do as I always ordered the largest container the attitude started when I asked her to taste one of the flavors and the amount that she gave wasn’t enough for me to get the taste of the flavor so I asked her for another taste and that’s when when it started the second one was even less than the first then she start to pack everything in the container and I remind her that I didn’t want it mixed she she throw all that ice cream away took out some more leave it on the counter and apparently forgot about it then took the container straight to ice cream bin and ram it she didn’t fluff the ice cream when she got back to the register I remind her again that she had taken out the ice cream and left on the counter so I assume she throw that away also and I knew that she didn’t even put enough in the container this was not worth $21.39 it’s the first time I’m ever going here and feel this way there’s nothing worst than bad customer service for me I gave 2 stars because the ice cream is still good but not creamy...

I visited this location on August 17, 2024 at about 6:40 pm. I ordered a strawberry ice cream in a cone with strawberries as a topping and the non dairy chocolate with the founders favorite as a topping mix. So, after walking in the store smelled like it was mopped with old mop water. I should have know then that I should have turned around but I was with my kid and they were super pumped about getting ice cream . The Caucasian older teenage or young 20 year oldish girl served us and she had the snarkiest attitude. She rolled her eyes when we walked in and when my kid addressed her she rolled them again but took my kids order. She never made eye contact with my kid. She seemed just very annoyed with having to serve us. Our ice cream was served to us dang near melted and soupy. I did not tip (and I am one of the few that do in this type of setting) and now I'm writing this review so ppl will know that this location is semi dirty and when you go, you may get attitude from the employees. I think for a little over $17, I should get frozen ice cream and good service. I could have gotten a tub at publix...

This was my first time to this location. We came in as a party of four for my daughters birthday. The supervisor by name of Rosetta made us all feel rushed into deciding what we wanted. I ordered a small cup which comes with two flavors and one free topping. She made it seem like I HAD to get the free topping and that I HAD to have my two flavors mixed into each other with her tone and body language. I won’t make this review all about her unpleasant service. There was also a tiny piece of lint or hair in not only my ice cream but my daughters and her friends. We all felt really rushed when we were ordering so we didn’t even bother to go back inside and have them remake anything, much less a refund. Funny thing is, it was not busy at the time we arrived. They don’t cover their bigger waffle cones. They’re just sitting on a rack in the open/ that’s not sanitary and it really grossed me out Thanks but no thanks Cold Stone Creamy.
