I ordered a latte on the Dunkin app. When I arrived at the Dunkinā Donuts 5 minutes later I didnāt see anything in the mobile app order basket. I asked a young lady with red and black hair behind the counter did she have an order for Marcus? She slammed her hand on the counter and then said in a very angry and rude manner, ādonāt you see me fixing sandwichesā, I then said excuse me because I couldnāt understand why she was so troubled by me asking about my order. She then said āIām fixing sandwiches you need to ask whoever is fixing drinksā! At the time I didnāt see anyone making drinks and there were about ten people waiting on their orders. I couldnāt believe the attitude this young lady exhibited. I asked the cashier was the manager available and he said sheās not here. Then the young lady said Iāll call Moe Moe for you. The cashier was taking the order of two other teens for at least 4 minutes, he was probably new because it didnāt seem like he knew how to take an order. Then another guy in the back yelled ādamn, all there lattesā! Who hired these people. These employees have no customer service skills, no people skills, no professionalism, no problem solving skills, the manager name is Moe-Moe, it was utterly ridiculous. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. What is happening? Itās safe to say just go to Starbucks or another...

How hard can a coffee with skim milk and sugar be. Well apparently coz they didn't add any sugar. I placed an order for munchkins. This location didn't have any but the app still allowed me. On top of that, the store was closed already and dunkin still let me go through with the order. The lady just told me to contact customer service. The customer service on their app does not work. Had to go back and get it.

The African girl with the braids behind the counter should be fired. Worst attitude horrible customer service and this is not the first time it has happened.
She gave me the wrong donut on my order. When I reached the store I called out for her and she wouldn't even acknowledge and then started yelling at me. Even my kids who are 6 and 10 noticed how rude she was and how much attitude she gave us. And to this all I asked her was to acknowledge when I called her and she wouldn't and she was yelling back in front of the kids and told me I was impatient. When I patiently called her out for more than 5 minutes.

The staff rarely acknowledges customers and always seems to have an attitude. They often have multiple customers waiting for their orders, but instead of working diligently, they're joking and laughing, taking their sweet time.
Today will be my last visit. Iāve tried to give this place multiple chances because it's only 400 feet from my house, but after today, Iām done. I walked in and saw a young man who had been waiting since 11:12 AM for his order, while I arrived at 11:45. The employee yelled out, "Bacon, egg, and cheese," and two gentlemen were waiting. The one who ordered the sandwich said, āThatās mine.ā However, the other gentleman noticed the receipt/ticket number on the back was 213, which was actually his order. So, he handed the bag over, went to the front, and said, "Thatās not my order. Iām 219." The employee then responded, "I donāt care what the ticket says; that was your sandwich, so I donāt know what you want me to do about it."
I couldn't believe what I was witnessing and how the gentleman was being treatedāit was honestly disgusting. Iām not sure if this is a franchise location, but it definitely needs to...
