Don’t eat here!!!!!! You’ll get sick. The brush they use to clean the grill with, I saw the cook put it on the ground before my order was ready. I asked the cashier about it and he said they put it in a plastic container with the dirty rags. Even if that’s true, it’s still nasty af. I said that’s not true I watched him put it on the ground. The cook then went and got a small red bucket, too small to put the brush in and lied and said it was in there. I asked the cashier is that how you guys always clean the grill he said yes. I asked for a refund and the cashier joked and said people eat dirt anyway. It really sucks because I love La Parilla, but I will never eat at this location again. That’s disgusting and a horrible thing to say to a customer whose food you are preparing. To the owner/manager watch the cameras. Happened between 8:20 pm EST and 8:30 pm est on 10/02/2024.

Can’t get mad at me, if clearly your closing crew don’t care about your business as much as you give them credit for. False accusations huh, I provided a date and time, surely your cameras record audio as well. What I get out of this is making sure people don’t get sick from eating off of the dirty brush floor infested grill. Your employee flat out told me, people eat dirt anyways! 7:00PM 40 miles away from the restaurant, driving home. Ordered whole chicken, fries, and sweet plantains for delivery. Guy confirms for a whole chicken, rice and beans and hangs up. 7:05PM Call back to correct order but they place the phone down and leave us on hold for 10 minutes as we hear the cursing and other nonsense conversations. 7:15PM Explain myself, they look for my order, they still have it messed up and then correct it but not sure if they can deliver. Once they find out if its ok they process the order but never ask me for an address. I correct the address and give them simple instructions to find out unit. They say within 45min my order should arrive. 8:45PM Order is still not here. I call and explain its been 1hour 30min and its super late, but they insist the guy left 20 minutes prior ( they just admitted to the lateness. 8:55PM Delivery guy calls and is lost. I come outside to find him.
2 HOURS LATER!! My food arrives, i end up paying for it only because I felt bad the delivery guy would have to pay for it (not his fault).

This time I was quite disappointed my story is I ordered a half chicken dark meat. I started eating and when I started to eat the chicken I noticed one of the chicken quarters was missing the chicken leg. I went up to the counter and informed them so that they can give me a chicken leg. Little did I suspect, that they would take the piece of chicken from my plate that had already been eaten from and put it back in the bin to serve to another customer, and gave me an entirely new quarter of a chicken. Rule 101 for restaurants, hygiene hygiene hygiene. How can you take a piece of food from a plate that has already been served and eaten from and put it back to be reserved to another patron.
