Subway — Restaurant in Coral Springs

Call me a disgruntled employee or whatever but this lady that owns this store does not deserve business. She is cheap and only cares about her bottom line. Guarantee that the bread your sub is made in prob fell on the floor once... Or twice. If you're thinking of getting a job here, don't. She will take hours off you're paycheck because she feels she has the right to do so. It doesn't matter if you own the store, that's doesn't give you the right to take hours off my MINIMUM WAGE paycheck. She is rude and only cares about herself & her bottom line. She doesn't get a lot of business so she is quite the penny pincher. Many of you will read this review and think, what does that have to do with the sub, soup, or wrap that I wanna get. But take it from someone who has worked there, you don't want to eat anything this lady is serving up. If you notice, it's really only her that runs the store. Because she treats her workers like volunteers. I really feel bad for anyone working for her because they probably won't realize she is stealing FROM THEM. She is gaming the system by racking up 60, 70, 80, or 90 hours a week. But somehow it's problem for a small time worker to make a little bit of money. The same lady that runs the mall Subway sends workers to work over at this one. They are all gaming the system and should be investigated but I chose to hold my tongue and work at another one because she is extremely frustrating. You hear about stories of people being cheap to save their bottom line but until it happens to you, you never realized the magnitude of the of it. Go ahead & get the sub but just know that the store owner... named RAMONA does not deserve a dime out of your pocket.......

Now that the horrible, disgustingly rude, incompetent owner lady hired another person to make the sandwiches, they're actually decent. She was a total b**ch who would treat everyone with a nasty attitude and would just throw the ingredients onto your sandwich wherever they landed. I'm talking 4 pieces of salami on the left and one on the right, no Fs given. I boycotted the place for many months because of her, even though we live directly across the street. But today we got in the mood for a sandwich and tried our luck. Very pleased to see that a nice young man was newly working there and actually cared enough to make our sandwiches not seem like a splatter artist with anger issues made them. Five stars for the new employee and his sandwiches, zero stars for the owner and my bad memories, so let's split the difference and...

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE NEVER AGAIN!!! I don't do reviews and i believe one star is too much, but the lady that works there (dark hair) was extremely rude when I handed her a coupon. She kept saying it was expired without looking at it and with attitude. And I said "please look at it, it says 2/26/23" and when she did she said "what do you want?" Without acknowledging her mistake. Then she continued to make the nastiest subs, with very little protein. (I guess because I used a coupon we get me meat?) The Lettuce was brownish, the tomatoes where soggy (sitting there all day) and I just bit into something hard (but yet I ordered tuna 😳) Food inspectors should really take a look at this place. And please re- train this lady into customer service skills. If she doesn't want to work in the food industry then look...
