My husband, myself, and our son were hungry last night so we decided to order from this location because it was the closest to our home. We ordered online and when we got the email it was ready we proceeded to go to the store for pick up. All doors were locked at 10:30, whatever we went through drive through. My husband told them that we were here to pick up an online order. The girl working the drive through told us they didn’t have certain items and were not able to complete our order. I drive to window and stated then why did online order say ready if you don’t have our food. I was told that they have no control over the app. I said you get a print out of the order to make it!! Maybe call us to tell us. I asked if they could either refund our order or give us something in place of what we ordered for same price. The girl looked at me like I had 3 heads. When she didn’t answer me, i said it again. She was like I don’t know. I said can you find out? Very nasty said yeas I guess I can do that. Then another woman came to window and had the same attitude with the same answers and non accommodation what so ever!! I have already emailed corporate (not that I will get a response) and have disputed charges with my bank. This is the most appalling thing I have dealt with in a fast food restaurant that had no answers and was not accommodating. They are very rude and seems to me they need to either be retrained or fired. Guess Taco Bell will just hire anyone nowadays. I would rather go to a different location further away. Read moreMy husband is usually our family's "dinner pick up guy", however last night and tonight, I was "IT." I came on this page for the absolute sole purpose of writing this review with regard to your employee, Amaris. After placing yesterday's order, I couldn't help but pull up to the window, make sure the young woman's voice matched the voice in the order box and tell that young lady, "Your customer service skills are OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! This evening was no different! So she is consistent! Her voice is professional in the speaker, yet very friendly! She was very patient as we took a little extra time gathering our thoughts about what to order. She's polite and courteous. She went out of her way to make sure that our visit to Taco Bell was an extremely pleasant one! It's been quite a while since I've experienced customer service at the level Amaris dishes it out, which, unfortunately, seems rare in many young people these days. So I HAD to spend the few minutes it took me to write this! When I mentioned that I was going straight home to write this, she exhibited a very humble, surprised and grateful laughter! What a nice person! Amaris is a keeper! If there are raises or promotions to be had, I pray she's first in line to receive! Finally, KUDOS to Amaris for a job well...
Read moreI'm giving this Taco Bell 1 star because Melody or Harmony was very patient and nice, and Google will physically NOT allowed me to give a lower review. The rest of the staff however was incredibly rude. We were never even served our food. We saw they were busy when we arrived so we gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited roughly a half hour. There was no one left in the restaurant, and aside from drive thru orders they were not busy. We asked about our orders and the "supervisor" tried to gaslight us about ordering our food saying we didnt order. For 5 minutes he yelled at us as he made other orders saying we didn't order until finally he asked another employee to verify our order. She instantly pointed to the screen and showed us our order. The kicker to all of this is the "supervisor" fulfilled a portion of our order 2 minutes after we ordered. After we finally got our food the lady who gave it to us was EXTREMELY rude asking me to eat my food and sit down when I tried to check if my order was correct. The food also was very good and was made in a massive rush. My dad even got half of a quesadilla. Abhorrent service, do NOT come here until the supervisor is changed.
