Fuji Grill — Restaurant in Coralville

This was our first time here. We got the Hibachi Salmon and the Hibachi Steak. Both were cooked fresh and were hot when we got them. The salmon came with a full filet! It was beautifully cooked with a soy-based sauce (I think). The hibachi comes with two big helpings of rice and a variety of grilled vegetables. The garlic fried rice was delicious. The vegetables were zucchini, carrots, broccoli, and onion. All were grilled with a nice savory sauce. It also came with a ginger sauce and a yum yum sauce. All in all a great dining experience.

I think I was their very first real customer as I've been pretty excited about their opening ☺️. I stopped in to check it out and ordered some Chicken Fried Rice to go. The service was good, especially as they were so new, the food came out super fast, it was reasonably priced (I usually tip in cash, fyi) and it was delicious. I was a little disappointed that they didn't have Hibachi Tables and cook in front of you but seeing how small the space is I'm not sure logistically that was an option.
