I came in late one evening and placed my usual order (bmt, deluxe, extra pepper jack, mayo, lettuce, tomato, oil vinegar) upon opening the sandwich I found a BLT. After returning the sandwich they remade my bmt, to my dismay it was not deluxe or extra cheese ($3.00 upcharge worth) this time I ate it and let them know what happened. The employee took my information and said a manager would call me back the next day. None ever did. A few weeks later I go back and place the same order, after talking to the manager about the prior incident she gives me the sandwich for free, I thank her, take my food and leave. After parking I open sandwich number 3 to find it again non deluxe, no extra cheese, no mayo, and olives? I take that back (without taking a bite) the manager, look at the receipt and the food and basically tells me she has a new girl, they remake the sandwich for the 4th time. Again after parking I check the sandwich and nothing if not consistent it's bone dry, no mayo, no olive oil, nothing (again I don't take a bite). I take it back again... This time the manager opens the window, I explain that the 4th sandwich is still wrong. She defensively tells me she is willing to make one more but that is it. Confused at her tone I ask her to check the sandwich vs my order to confirm that they made a mistake, she shakes her head and says "it doesn't matter, I'll make u one more, or refund" I agree she can make me another as she walks off with my food. She comes back a minute later showing me mayo on the sub that wasn't there before, claiming it was made correctly... I asked for a refund and she complied. Messing up 4 sandwiches is a spectacular failure, but to then infer that they would not remake after that is implying that 1) they are about mess up again 2) if we did mess up again tough luck. Read morePlaced a mobile order, and waited the 20-minute timer on the app before going inside to pick up my TWO sandwiches, to which I find out haven't even been started. So, while waiting inside, I watch grossly incompetent grown adults goof off and put more effort into avoiding their job than into making TWO sandwiches. In their defense, they had 1 other customer order a single sandwich in this time span, so 3 sandwiches in 40 minutes may have been too much for this Subway to handle.
If you intend on ordering anything more complicated than a PB&J (pushing it), please plan to stand around in agonizing frustration, questioning how a Subway sandwich could possibly be made slower, or, drive to Jersey Mikes and save yourself the migraine.
For the owner - You CAN save face. Clean house, the location is perfect, hire some part-time highschoolers, college students, literally anyone who can pass a basic intelligence test, and this store will thrive. Please be an upstanding member of the community and do us all a HUGE favor and...

It looked like the subs were made with no care. Both subs were not correct and it pretty much fell apart after it was unwrapped. Tried to eat it with a fork but found it was just not enjoyable and tossed both. Moved to the churro and I'm not sure if it is advertised wrong but it was just a plain dough stick. No sugar, Cinnamon or sauce to go with it. It was just a plain stick of dough. If that's the way it is meant to be sold PLEASE DON'T BOTHER ORDERING IT. It had no taste to it.
