It's impossible to write a negative word about the Staff at 965 Flats! This is an exceptional team, each working every day to make sure the the residents are assisted in every way possible. Amanda is professional, courteous and willing to go the extra mile in looking after the residents. I had a few moments of not being able to get into my resident page on my computer. Amanda went out of her way to help me get started and even helped me find the the spot to write this review!( I'm not totally helpless with technology, but almost) She always has time when I come to the Center with another question!!! Cody is a gem as well. He always has a smile when I come in to pester him. He has helped me get some packages early on when I hadn't yet signed up for the 'package notice' even bringing one to my apartment. He and Amanda both helped me with some move in issues. My adult daughter wanted to come in and set up my bed and do some things that would make my first few nights more comfortable. Cody and Amanda helped me through signing the right docs to let Sarah in so she could set up some things for me.. Jim is outstanding. He has helped me with an assortment of small issues in the apartment. He always gets it right and is willing to come whenever I have something that needs a strong and skilled arm to remedy. You could not have hired a more competent staff at 965!! The apartment itself has some high end amenities that I appreciate from 15' ceilings to bathroom & kitchen extras / and floors that withstand almost anything. The night blind in the bedroom is great. I can take a nap in the daytime and pull that down in a flash!! I look forward to spring/summe to enjoy the outdoor amenities at the Center. And the indoor amenities couldn't be better. Private spaces for conversation, a business center and best of all the gift wrapping center!!! At first I thought that was a bit over the top but when Christmas rolled around it was a god send!!!! I'm glad I chose 965 Flats and hope to be here a good...

Definitely wouldn’t move here again the new management are scammers and money hungry they said that when they come in they wouldn’t change the rent from what we was paying until the lease was up then they started making up fees to hike the rent up to 1300 for a one bedroom apartment that doesn’t even have enough room to store things and also the showers are extra small so if your a larger person be ready to have half ur body out the shower unless your getting a two bedroom where you would basically be pay 1500-1700 dollars a month it’s not worth the stress the when I tried to move out they told me to sign a two month paper to release us from the lease so that they could get someone to take over the less we’re paying for that now their saying we have to pay for four days the next month which is 400 dollars I didn’t no we pay 100 a day if that’s the case the rent should be 3000 a month nothing makes sense when your working with them after this problem was fixed they was ready for the move out charges they said the apartment was left a mess everything was mopped cleaned out smelling good the only thing that should be charged is the wall wear and tear with the hanging of pictures the new management has took...

Kelli Rickelman at 965 Flats has been absolutely AMAZING to work with! She is friendly and helpful and very willing to answer all the questions my daughter and I have had (and there have been a lot). She has superior customer service skills! The apartment hunting process had been extremely frustrating and disheartening until we called 965 Flats and Kelli picked up the phone. She has truly been a breath of fresh air for us! Kelli has gone above and beyond and has made sure we have been kept up-to-date at every step. She is knowledgeable about the property and ensured we had all the information we needed. Kelli is the best of the best!!
