I have been coming to this location for well over a year daily getting ice coffee. Anyone who goes to any McDonald’s knows each visit is different, each time someone different is working my coffee is made different. I still go I just ask if there is to much cream in it for a little bit of just coffee to put in it rather than ask for an entire new coffee, which is a waste when I need maybe a shot of coffee to even it out. Today while there the manager decided that this was an issue, giving me a rude attitude at the window (keep in mind when she makes the coffee it’s diff than how the girl who made it today makes it) she claims I need to ask for light cream and as stated EVERYONE makes it different, so no I don’t want light cream when it’s someone who makes it and already does put light cream in it. So she rather waste the coffee already made than give me a shot of coffee to put in my large ice coffee. The amount of attitude and disrespect from her is enough for me not to return. After over a year of going there I’ll go else where. Frankly I should of just asked for my money back and told her to take her coffee.
I would highly suggest McDonald’s consider speaking to managers and discussing how to properly handle things, I could of been rude in return and gave the same disrespect but I didn’t and thinking about it she will probably do the same thing to others and hopefully someone can get in touch with her higher up to have the...
Read moreThis McDonald’s usually never gives me a problem, until just the other day I was dining in. I went to order my food and the girl with the red hair was up front and didn’t even take my order. I stood there for about 10 mins waiting for her to greet me as she was just standing around. FINALLY she took my order, but didn’t even greet me properly as you should, had a huge attitude when I was ordering and just made me (the customer) feel as if I was a “bother.” She was a very poor worker and even after ordering my food it took her a while to hand me my drink and food. I even saw the young man in the back make it quickly and she still wasn’t getting anything ready for me. Then the guy who made the food actually acknowledged me and asked what I was waiting for. He then went out of his way to gather my order and drink. If I come inside again, I hope she is not working in the front, because she was horrible and should not be interacting with customers the way her attitude was. Maybe they should keep her in the back hidden. Just an opinion, but then again it...
Read moreI worked at McDonald’s for a year when I was in high school, and my old manager would fire the employees here in a heartbeat. There’s never a “Hello, how are you today?!” it’s always “ how may I take your order” they’re so gloomy and uninviting, and they’re literally some of the laziest people I’ve ever met. Out of 5 trips to get mcfluerys, 4 times they just sprinkled mnm’s on the ice cream, the one time they did mix it up with the machine was when I returned to the window and asked them to. I caught an employee outside smoking and asked them why they weren’t mixing the mcfluerys and he lied to my face saying “the machine might be broken”, but they mixed my mcfluery the previous day without an issue. They let there food sit for way longer than they’re supposed to, which means soggy, rubbery buttermilk chicken sandwiches, dry rubbery patties, and dried out fries. It’s unbelievable and I wouldn’t recommend the place unless...
