JT's Falafel & Kababs — Restaurant in Corinth

This place is a gem in the regional landscape of similar restaurants!! JT's serves up Lebanese influenced Mediterranean dishes that are excellent flavor, quality, and value. The owner is a sweet man who really cares about his customers and food quality. Every dish my family has eaten has been great. Our favorites are the Tabouli salad (big enough to share with 3 or 4 people), gyros, the shwarma, and the mixed kabob platter... and my boys love the spicy meat pie, too. As someone who has a wheat allergy, it is very easy to find many options on this menu. This is an extremely tasty menu that is also very healthy. I ordered the Philly and fries. The cook which was the owner was in the back preparing food with no gloves after he repeatedly kept scratching the back of his neck. I also watched him taste something with his finger then proceeded to make food. I left with my order and drove maybe 3 minutes. The sandwich was hot but the fries were not. So I drove back to JT's Falafel I handed a fry to the girl behind the counter and she agreed with me that the fries were definitely not hot. She called for the owner and he stated that he would drop them back in the grease!! He said he can't control the temperature of the fries. After going back and forth he agreed to cook fresh fries that it would take 7 to 10 minutes. Then he yelled to the back and told them to drop a little bit of fries!! Wow! Dinner here was AMAZING!! We travel the USA and love to try the best local restaurants in each town we visit. We found this based on reviews and it didn’t disappoint!! Not only is the food top notch quality (meat was so tender and seasoned just right!!- I got the Mixed Grill Combination Entree), the flavors and the LOVE they put into making our meal was superb. The owner goes above and beyond to make it a great dining experience and his son is also amazing in the kitchen! In addition to how amazing the food was, it was also priced well for such large portions! We will definitely be back if we are ever in Corinth again.
