
It was one of the most rude experience I ever had in my life how do you have a special commercials on the television but you don't know anything about it and I'm trying to show you on my phone to my app that this exist after 30 minutes after they brought out my friends food I still receive nothing push the button and the lady got smart and said there was three in front of me people were coming and leaving and they never even took my order officially because they didn't know if I wanted fries, tater tots, onion rings the girl got smart and just cut the mic off it would not acknowledge and we were not being mean we were just wondering what was going on if you short staffed you don't want to work with people then you don't need to be working in a place that you work with people all day everyday the young man came out disappeared say hit me back and we never got no answer so we ended up leaving because I refuse to be treated like a dog then again a dog probably would have been treated better all I can say is I don't know if they need help but it don't give you the right to treat a customer or customers like they did I will not going back there and trust me I am going to spread the word is really sad that they have no remorse how they treated us about what they were doing just getting smart left and right did not take my food order I'm not even mad I feel sorry for them because whatever is going on had nothing to do with me but I got treated like I did something wrong has anyone else had a bad experience is...
Read moreThe food is always cold but of course I have to wait 25 to 35 minutes on it and it's also 20 minutes for a drink. Sonic used to be great here and I've just about stopped coming. AND EVERY TIME I COME I HAVE TO PULL IN AT LEAST 3 STALLS TO FIND ONE THAT HAS A WORKING SCREEN. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!! IF THEY DONT MAKE ENOUGH TO BUY NEW ONES THAT WORK CORRECTLY MAYBE THEY SHOULD GO BACK TO THE OLD ONES THAT DONT HAVE A SCREEN! This has happened numerous times (at least 10 to 15 times) over the past year. They just told me when I said something that corporate wouldn't allow them to place a cone in the spot so people wouldn't pull in and they couldn't place out of order signs up either. This is ridiculous. I'm not one to complain because I also worked in restaurants for over 20 years. I know how rude people can be. This I would say is the owners fault and corporate should take care of it if the owner can't. It makes the business look bad. And then they sent a lady out that was in management but was just passing through to come out and tell me it's because they can't find help. My opinion who ever opens should block the stalls that don't work before people arrive. It really wouldn't take 15 minutes. Not only did I have to pull in 3 stalls today .... yesterday I also had to pull in 3 stalls before finding one that worked. I've complained before and i guess what I think doesn't matter but y'all should really either get it together and serve hot food in a timely manner and have working stalls...
Read moreLet me start with KUDOS SONIC!!!!! We stopped by this Sonic while passing through town while on a trip. Let me say this is by far the BEST Sonic I have ever been to!! The young lady (Savannah, I think is correct) taking the order was polite, very patient and understanding as it was big order (big family) and she read it all back and not one mistake, nor attitude. Food was brought out by another friendly person (Bryanna R.) and everything we ordered was in the bags as well as being fresh/hot. We opened our sandwiches and they looked just like the photos on the menu, it was awesome. Seriously, how many times do you go eat somewhere and the food ordered looks nothing like the pictured menu items. Eating out places is expensive with a big family, however when its great food and great service it makes it a lot better. THANK YOU CORINTH, MS SONIC FOR A JOB WELL DONE.
