It's not your fault that a delivery driver stole my food. BUT that you noticed drivers kept showing up looking for it and said nothing (but then neither did the subsequent drivers who just dropped the orders - so everyone was an A-hole that night that I dealt with). It was the fact that when I finally asked a driver WHY drivers kept going there and dropping, you finally told THEM but then didn't make a replacement meal like ANY other place would have. I know for a fact, because it HAS happened before AND because I have worked in the customer service industry for over 20 years and for some of your competitors. So whoever was working Saturday night, way to go. You may not have stolen my food but you definitely made it a LOT worse than it had to be because I could have had my food as soon as the next driver showed up and you noticed that first driver never took me my meal. You could have said something (or those drivers could have) or when that driver that DID say something finally, you could have given him the replacement meal after I waited an hour and I had gotten the food. Instead of that, spending even more time having to deal with customer service untangling the mess and reporting the theft that HOPEFULLY they investigate and bug the h-ll out of you about. But went through the drive thru to get my husband something. I saw the 3 piece meal was $8.49. I asked what pieces came with it. The girl said you get to choose your own. I told her I wanted a breast, wing & thigh. I ordered my side and told her I didn't want a drink so I assumed they would deduct the drink off. She said the total was $10.15. $10.15 from $8.49? I couldn't figure out why it was such unless it was the tax. When I got the receipt I looked to see why it was so much. They charged me $1 extra because I got a breast! I said something to the girl at the window and she said it wasn't her.it was the one taking the order. She offered to let me talk to her manager which I didn't because I had waited a long time. I told her no I just won't be coming back. I told her that was not goood customer service and she just said sorry I'll let the order taker know about it. But really, do you think they will? I'm so sick of people not informing you of "extra charges". Think about all the senior citizens that are on a fixed income that go there that have no idea they're getting charged more.
