That girl Charlie is so rude and disrespectful, it,s been 2 times that she had a very unprofessional actitud towards me, the 1st time I told her my order as which she wanted me to repeat my whole order as well as when I was giving her my order she wasn’t paying attention and she was looking somewhere else and as yesterday November 29th. Kaylee and Emily are absolutely the best!!! I bought a cup that was chipping and kaylee immediately swapped it for me w no issues and when i asked her about the new spring drop she took my name and number to have emily call when she arrived and not too long after i made it home i got a call. Emily was super sweet informing me they were getting in the cup i was hoping for and set one aside for me!!! I just picked it up it’s absolutely beautiful thank you soooooo much to Kaylee and Emily for being so amazing and helpful!!!!!! Wish i had gotten to thank emily personally but they said she was doing something but thank you so much emily!!!!!!!!!...

I frequent this Starbucks, and most of the employees know my order so they will make it before I even pay. The employees are mostly nice, and willing to put up with you if you want your drink remade. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because one of the employees once argued with my mom about how her drink was supposed to be made.
