Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Corolla

The worker with the eye brow piercing (didn't see a name tag on his shirt) was absolutely rude. He has zero customer service skills. There were no customers behind us and no customers for 10 min before us so I am not sure why he had an attitude with us ordering. They were out of things needed to make our drinks and when I asked him to repeat what he got an attitude. Then when the other worker was ringing up our order he kept telling him to make sure he was charging us for every little thing even the blending. The only reason I didn't turn around and walk out was because this was the first Starbucks experience for my little nieces. So thank you for making my experience with them a super dumpster fire. Wish I could give the baristas ZERO stars.

They don’t have a sense of customer service. It feels like they are the ones paying for coffee and obliging.

I can understand if I catch you on a bad day. But having been here several times, it seems like they lead a pathetic life and carry their grumpy attitude to work every day.

Sadly, I will continue to go to this location as there isn’t another Starbucks nearby.

always a super long line, but my order usually comes out pretty fast. The baristas are pleasant and kind however- multiple times i have had issues with making specifications that were not met. One time, I asked for no whipped cream and still received a lot. Another time I asked for less/little ice and got a cup full of ice (as per normal Starbucks standards).
