Alberto's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Corona

Albertos generally has tasty food, and most Albertos I've been to have decent or acceptable service. Not outstanding, but at least not as bad as this one. I have to say, this Albertos has hands down one of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've been to it various times. Gave it a few chances, but I've given up. Never gong back. One cashier in particular, who took my order multiple times made these faces and even rolled her eyes (yup, literately) when I asked her for more hot sauce. In one occasion, I asked for Grilled chicken in my burrito, but they gave me shredded chicken. The second time I asked for grilled chicken again, and specifically asked the cashier to please ensure it was grilled, but I still got the shredded chicken. When I went back to return the burrito, she did not want to refund me because she said that it's all the same. Finally, after arguing for longer than I should have, I got my refund, but the cashier told me "next time don't eat so much of the burrito." when I had only taken 2...

I'm putting the wrong one first to go to cause I don't want to knock the good ones out with this. McKinley and magnolia !!!! I guess I never learn my lesson. This place is the worst place to order their food. Every time we're just in a hurry because our errands are right there, awwww, we keep giving then the benefit of the doubt and regret it. We order beans and cheese nacho. I can see through the beans. We were charged for double beans cause we want beans on the bottom and top. You can actually see the chips through the beans. I order a green Chile plate. It looks like they spread the bottom of the plate with green sauce. I asked for double beans with cheese. Nope the small corner was half way. $17 for something that could fit in a one cup bowl everything included. Now!! The Alberto on Pierce and magnolia. That's the spot. They hook it up. Now I normally tend to stay quiet about visiting Albertos restaurants because I am fully aware of their “quality” in their food but I think today will be my last visit ever. I order their carne asada fries with beans and while the beans are extra, of course it’s an extra charge. While I do not mind that, what I do mind is businesses that dodge their customers when issues come about. They charged me for the beans and they were not added and as I write this, they have yet to answer their phone. Voicemail is soo full and if you attempt to keep calling, someone is turning off the phone because it goes to voicemail as I attempt to get ahold of someone.
