I don’t normally go to Chuck e Cheese because I feel it’s too expensive for a family of 6 (Mom, Dad and 4 kids) But I have the app from long ago and they started coming out with some pretty decent deals. The newest deal being 1 hour unlimited games for $17.99 a person. So my child and I bought 2 bracelets and had a complete blast! Service was amazing, salad bar was stocked and when we ordered a to go pizza upon arrival they had it hot and ready 5 minutes before departure. Last, but most certainly not least, the games. We played them all once to make sure they worked and they did! Not only is their tech guy good but the maintenance crew was over the top working diligently to clean every game, all the handles and the floors. They were moving machines to get it done and I appreciate it! I took pics of some games, the salad bar and the current menu so you could get a little more insight but before you go, download the app! Get deals and discounts cause I know we all have families and every penny counts. Again, like I said we had a blast! P.S. Plan to spend 2 hours at minimum. After eating, playing for an hour then spending time debating on what they want from the prize section you’ll already be at the 2 hour mark.

The location is right off the freeway which I like the food doesn't take long to get and it taste good the unicorn cupcake is delicious it taste like a piece of cake actually the stuffed crust pizza is really good the only thing is the customer service could've been WAY better... if you don't like kids or you get irritated fast don't work at Chuck E. Cheese that simple when we were trying to pick our prizes the worker looked like she was doing the PP dance trying to rush us my kids are under 10 and they could feel the tension between the coworkers when we were trying to order the young girl was a bit rude when bringing our pizza plus she didn't bring us any plates I had to ask and she came back with plates but regardless we had a good time work on ur costumer service please :) Evelyn who first helped us had good costumer service i wanted to mention i added a star for her hope to be helped by her again next visit

I heard amazing things about the staff at this location, but there could be improvement. My friend, who went to get points, had to wait over 40 minutes just for someone to show up at the counter. The only staff member not in the kitchen during those 40 minutes was sitting at a laptop, most likely doing something work-related but was very busy. When someone did come out, which was when I decided to order my pizza, she was very friendly. I still think there should be at least one staff member who is actually there to help people. There wasn't even a person at the kid check stand. The animatronics were stuck in random mode when I visited, but the technician fixed that problem. Actually, the technician was an awesome guy who fixed the show just for me (I was the only one who cared). The show itself is in great condition too. When I left, Chuck was stamping the kids' hands at the kid check stand.

All time favorite place but things happen Ordered family combo with extras Including 2 bands and 2 cards for ONE HOUR EACH so that each child can go play freely but noticed a few minutes after purchasing one band was no longer working a kind and patient supervisor fixed one band because he took the time to scan the band and noticed that ONLY one had one hour and the others had only 6 minutes. (All purchased together at the same time) thank you for taking the time to check.

A few minutes later one child noticed that his band also stopped working I looked for the same supervisor for help but he had left for the day.

The alternative supervisor I think his name was Demarion Never took the time to see how the bands times where allocated.

We always get time for each child so that they can go play individually (Dave and busters , round 1 etc) but instead we had one child with over an hour band and the other children with no time left all in different directions upset and disappointed.

If this alternative supervisor would have scanned the bands he would of seen the error instead he only focused on the receipt and stated “I don’t need to scan them I can see it all right here on the receipt” he decided to not even consider to check or scan the band to see how each time of each band /card was allocated.

If you have an issue look for another supervisor and not Demarion he is arrogant, he lacks patience and is not a proactive person Which is what a supervisor working in a family / children’s restaurant...

This was by far the worst experience ever. I used to take my kids when they were younger but its really gone down hill. Attended my nephews birthday party a couple weekends ago & the lack of help from upper management was apparent. Most adults go for the salad bar, well 95% did at our party. And we were told they ran out. The manager didn't order enough. On top of that they only had kids cups, no adult sized cups, didn't order enough of those. The only reason for the 2 stars is because the party hostess was really good. She did the best and I say best with what she had to work with. We ended up eating pizza that was like oh you ordered a supreme pizza oh let's throw the veggies after its made on the pizza. Wings were just tiny pieces of fatty skin with very little meat on them. Someone ordered the cheese bread, that was a joke. A halfed piece of personal pizza dough with burnt cheese on it. With the group we had they just lost repeat business of 40 or more paying adults who were looking forward to hosting a party here soon but will look elsewhere if this is the norm. Sadly many other parents I spoke to were quite annoyed with how no upper management handled the situation and said they would not be returning. Salad bar, you have Costco & Food for Less close by get more salad. They had all the toppings just no green salad. Just my experience, hope they figure...

Recently visited Corona,ca. Chuck E Cheese, my 2 year son contracted hand and foot disease from the games at Chuck E Cheese. I reached out to guest service and they’re reply was to offer another pass for my son. He has been sick for 12 days, sores all over his body, sores in his mouth. He has not been able to eat. No thank you, I will not be bringing my son back. My son has been to the doctors twice. I requested to be reimbursed for the the Chuck E Cheese visit, the 2 doctors visits and additional items I had to buy since he was sick. I’d like corporate office to contact me.

This was their response to me: Ms. Cruz,

I am sorry you and your family had this experience after your visit. We are addressing your concerns with the store.

We have not received any other reports of hand, foot, and mouth disease at our location. As stated before we strive to keep a clean restaurant but cannot guarantee a germ free environment. Please understand our restaurant is a public place.

I would not be able to reimburse you for your visit or your medical bills. I would still be happy to offer your son a care package and guest pass. Please confirm your mailing address if you are interested.

Jenifer Hunsinger

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I am not ok with this response and Chuck E Cheese needs to do the...
