I went to restaurant couple of times first time we tried dosa it was great second time we tried dosa and Chana bhatora the bhatora was not even fully cooked the owner wanted us a replacement but we refused but he still gave it us even though it is pointless because it will be pointless to eat it cold or we would even try to reheat it then the third time we ordered dosa and fish dosa was not that good and the fish was good and every time we thanked and appreciated the cook and the owners the last time we were there we ordered dosa which was bitter and it we believe use of more required ginger or ginger powder and the we also ordered thalappakatti Mutton Biryani so I asked the server purposely that do you have Mutton curry and they say no we have only Lamb so in Mutton Biryani you use Lamb I said ok then when we were leaving I very politely and respectfully asked if you don't mind can I suggest something and the girl said sure so I simply suggested why don't you use Basmati Rice the owner jumped in the conversation and very rudely says no this south Indian Biryani you can't use Basmati I simply left and decided to never go there I can share 1000s recipes where it very clearly says it can be used there are so many things that are not done in the authentic way in the restaurant first and the most important lamb and Mutton but that is also not the point as I customer if I am simply, politely, respectfully giving a suggestion and she responded in such a disrespectful way with so much arrogance so sad I will never recommend...

Introduction- This is a South Indian restaurant specialized for Dosa. But, they serve some other/ usual Indian dishes also. As an Indian Asian, this is an awesome restaurant for me.
Quality & experience- The food quality is of course good, The taste of some dishes are so & so. But the dosas are mind blowing. The servers are very friendly and very well manared. The chef prepares the food with much love and care and that made our visit memorable. They chef and serves came by to ask if we are satisfied and need anything and offered us extra sauces and condiments. If you don't know about the dishes or have a specific desire for a dish or taste, take the help of the servers. They'll guide you to enjoy your meal. If you want to try out South Indian food and specially DOSA for the first time, this could be an awesome experience restafurant for you. The place is clean & tidy. Have plenty of sittings for big groups with a nice atmosphere. Have seperate restroom for men & ladies and they are very clean.
