Corona Burger Spot — Restaurant in Corona

We first tried this place August 2022 and had what still stands as the worst restaurant experience of our lives. It's documented on Yelp. We read recent reviews and noticed the ownership and the menu changed. I get Grubhub credits through work and this place was on the list so AGAINST MY BETTER JUDGEMENT, we decide to give them one more try.

I used my precious lunch time to drive down to save on delivery fees. There was a young guy at the counter and after I said I'm picking up a Grubhub order, the first and only words out of his mouth were, "Oh shoot." Nice.

He looks over at a woman talking on speakerphone in a booth and says, "Online order." She ignores him and keeps yacking away. He continues to stand there confused and couldn't even muster some type of customer service such as, "Sorry, it will be one moment" or SOMETHING. We just awkwardly stood there as the woman continues jibber jabbering.

Eventually, he says to her, "Grubhub." No surprise but she ignored him and kept chit chatting. I asked if this meant the food wasn't made yet and he said yeah. Considering my previous experience and the fact that I gave the new owners a chance to redeem, I was HEATED to be treated this way.

I told him to forget it since the owner obviously didn't care. To my utter amazement...OMG...this professional, customer service oriented woman continued loudly squawking away on her phone as I angrily left.

NEVER, EVER, EVER-EVER-EVER AGAIN. Horrendous treatment of a customer. Stay far away and get better service at...

Delicious Food and Outstanding Service! Legitimately the best restaurant in town! From the second you walk in to Corona Burger they make you feel like at home. The cashier/waitress, Vicky, has exceptional customer service skills. She is bilingual, so friendly and kind. I had the Menudo Plate with hand made tortillas by Doña Rosa. Won't be returning ever. Walked in then polite asked to see menu. I then ordered a bacon cheeseburger. Gentleman at cashier then charges me 14 for what I saw on the menu but I didn't bother it. Received the food then asked where was bacon because I couldn't see it. He goes back to check registers and tells me I ordered something else. I told him I was charged more than a cheeseburger from menu he showed me then he tried tellin me menu changed but that's not what I ordered anyhow I told him. He called me poor. I asked for my money and left at 6:10pm...
