McDonald's — Restaurant in Corona

I have used this McDonald’s at this location several times without issue. Yesterday was the worst visit and will not return. I downloaded the app and on their automated screens promoting 20% off on any order over 20 dollars. Fair enough it’s virtually promoted signage within their stores. Paid with tax come to $28 and some change. I asked the girl behind the counter showed her my receipt and passed me to the manager. No here is where it went south. She claims with the slack jawed, “ohhh you laid with card”. Yes, I showed her my app on my phone and she says sorry I can’t meaning she didn’t want to. It the promotion on the app. Yes and I downloaded it gave my code with in the app. All fallen on deaf ear despite her literally holding my RECIEPT! Now as a business owner myself and a former bar manager. She has the technical knowledge to remedy this. She tells me I goi g to call my manager. And nothing happens clearly this was the worst manager and despite her seeing the sign promotion and holding my receipt, ZERO EFFORT FROM THIS WOMAN who clearly a just going through the motions of acting manager. Clearly even if you show proof and despite this I was not refunded for the overpayment, despite four signed showing this. It was our first time to dine here on our way to the train station. Staff had to bring our food to our table, because the food (breakfast) took long to come out. When our order was placed on our table, they told us the hash browns were coming up. Which was fine. Started eating, we realized there were no napkins or ketchup anywhere in the dining area nor on our tray. We told the manager of the day (July 16, 2017 @ approx 8:55am), who delivered the hash browns, non apologetically, she answered, "They're in the back." After about 7 mins or so, I realized we were also missing our orange juice. Went to the counter. Manager (ar least she looked like she was the way she was dressed differently), looked at our receipt and asked her her staff who among them served us. Again, no apology and tried to pin this on the guy who served us originally. At this time I told them that they're missing a LOT of stuff! No apologies from anynody at the counter. Then my 10 year old son noticed wet spot on the floor because another customer inadvertently left the ice tea spout open and it dripped onto the floor. He was shy about speaking up. But he went at the counter. There were 2 staff passed him by the counter waiting to be noticed so he could tell them about the fluid on the floor. There were no customers at this time. This McDonald's is cheaping out on quality. My husband and I traveled over the last week and because of convenience, ate at McDonald's a few times during our trip, in various locations. My husband loves the filet o fish sandwich and loved it every time he had it while traveling. I typically get a quarter pounder or some chicken nuggets to share with our toddler. Tonight, we were having a craving so we went to this McDonald's, which is close to our home, and both ordered a filet o fish and got some chicken nuggets for our daughter. We were very disappointed with the sandwiches and even the nuggets weren't very good. The fish filets were tiny. Like maybe 3/5 of the size of the ones we had on our trip, at multiple different McDonald's, both in standalone stores and also two airports within the US (one was SNA) and there was a tiny, pathetic piece of cheese, practically no sauce at all. Overall, both of us had a tiny, shrunken, dry sandwich in our filet o fish boxes. It was clear that this McDonald's is cutting costs and letting their customers suffer because of it. We will definitely not be returning here. We were not eating out much before our trip and usually only ever got In n Out, but because of the trip we just got back from, we were craving that specific sandwich but were really...
