Starbucks — Restaurant in Corona

Ok 👍 my feLLow friends and neighbors 🙂 i never go through the drive 🚗 through 1st of aLL. My wife spent the week 🏥 in the ER/HospitaL and she was hurtin' for certain! So, i went through the drive 🚗 through. Eva, who was Our young Lady that heLped us; did more than just heLp us out!!! After being tired, wiped out and just wanting to go home 🏡 --Eva made sure that everything we ordered, the food was "fresh", nice & hot and heLped us decide on a few of the items! She didn't rush us & was very kind, decent, patient and very respectfuL. So, off we went-- home 🏡 with an order of Egg White's & Roasted Red Pepper Egg Bites, a Sausage/ Cheddar & Egg Sandwich, 2 Fancy, very tasty & fresh BLueberry Muffins. To drink, we ordered the Strawberry Acai Lemonade Refresher Beverages. This fairLy "new" Starbucks is Located strategicaLLy in a pLace, where you can see 👀 it from the hospitaL 🏥 as you are Looking out the window across the street. Nice pLace...5☆☆☆☆☆ CLean 5☆, and Eva gets a 5☆☆☆☆☆ from my wife & i. i have fun with my Letters in the aLphabet as you can weLL see by now, but it's aLL good just the same. 😊 @ 70 yrs. young! My wife & i stopped in yesterday after going to Quest and giving bLood. Met a great 👍 group of daytime nice young Ladies who heLped us, and whose names i am going to add to the List. The same quaLity care from aLL of them, onLy with a team working atmosphere!🙂 They are Tara, Pierce, BLossom, Leona & Victoria. First experience today ! They had the manager from the Ontario st. Starbucks ,(I believe her name is Jennifer) working to help open this one (and I'm assuming to help train the new/just starting employees) just a note, THAT WOMAN IS GOLD TO STARBUCKS COMPANY and I hope she gets some sort of special recognition for her amazing customer service. Honestly she was so nice (and patient) while I was trying to get my order together and was just the most welcoming and friendly person I think I've ever encountered at any restaurant/drive through. I'm slightly bummed she won't be working at THIS Starbucks. She was so awesome! I usually just pick up Starbucks for other people but since I was out of COffee this morning I decided to try to find something hot to wake me up. The manager I previously mentioned, went out of her way to help me develop the perfect "latte" and I think I might officially be a Starbucks drinker now too. She even made it a point to ask if it was for me and if I wanted to try it before I drove away to make sure we got it right. I MEAN WHAT AN AWESOME PERSON! I don't know what I'm left happier about- the experience I had with that manager or the drink I left with. These guys are being stingy. Cups full of ice and barely some product. I almost everyday buy here and ask for light ice and they always top it off with milk or coffee depending on the drink with no charge. Today when I got my coffee it was almost full of ice, so I told them I ordered light ice. Then she gave me a halfway venti cup with coffee and the rest was empty as if I ordered a grande. I told her I wanted it topped off because I ordered a Venti, not a grande. Then the store manager with a horrible attitude tells her to make sure to charge me $2.00 for extra milk. I just asked for less ice. I didn’t take a picture but believe me it was ridiculous. This is called ‘the ice inflation’ lol: more ice, less product= more profit. Never going back...
