Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Corona

Ive ordered here a few times in the last few weeks and they keep either forgetting something from my order or not noticing the modifiers on my hot dogs. A few nights ago I ordered from there and didnt realize they put chili on my plain hot dogs until I got home, not only was this inconvient since the drive from my house to this location was 30 minutes without traffic but by the time I had gotten home to enjoy my food it had gotten cold and soggy. Then today I went back, buying food for my family, and when I got home I realized they'd forgotten my chili cheese fries, not only was this heartbreaking since my mom was looking forward to the fries and to be honest wasn't worth the drive back but there was also hair on one of the corndogs. I truly do feel bad about giving this place a bad review since I do work at fast food and know mistakes happen sometimes it just seems to happen almost everytime, I love the food there and definitely suggest trying it if you havent already, just make sure everything in your order is correct...

Friendly and Service was quick, but not helpful in knowing how to manage customers requests. I asked how much it was to up size the fries and drink (think MacDonald) and they did not know how to answer. As the customer you want to make sure you're maximizing the use of your dollar since prices are so egregiously excessive for fast food. Also, the content of beef and their chili has dwindled to more of a spec of meat amongst a sauce that resembles chili. Overall my experience was borderline poor. For $12 I expect more for two chili dogs, a fry and a drink. But this is the slump that California has sunk into. We ordered corn dogs, chili cheese fries, chili dogs, Texas dog and 3 lemonades! Pineapple, strawberry, and pineapple strawberry. The corndogs are delicious as always! Honestly the best item they have, crispy and slightly chewy. The chili cheese fries were okay but but the chili was very liquidy and made the fries soggy. Same the the chili dog. The Texas dog was very delicious! Hint of spice in the bbq sauce! The lemonades, pineapple lemonade was the best one, nice and sweet.
