This is a cozy spot right off of the freeway. Make sure to pay attention. It looks closed from the outside, mostly due to the fact that their drive-through sign is dilapidated. With that said, they are not currently offering drive through service from the looks of it. The out door dining area is really pretty, but being right on the road, it looked like it would be really noisy, so we sat inside. The service: We were here on a day where it was not busy, so I'm not sure how they work under pressure. We had to meander a bit to be noticed by the host to be seated. 🤷🏼‍♂️ The waiter helped us understand the menu and what the differences were. After we were served, they pretty much left us alone until we were about finished with our meals. The food: For soft drinks, they offer Coke products. We were served a plate of warm and soft pita strips, kind of like with chips and salsa. The food was staged really well, everything came out in a timely manner, and at the same time, and most importantly HOT. I was impressed. Hummus was ordered on the side, I should have asked to have it come out before the food, but that was on me. It goes very well with the chared taste of the veggies and meats. The basmati rice is excellent, fresh and fluffy. The koobidea kabab had lots of flavor and spiced well. The side salad was light and refreshing. Kept it simple with lemon juice salt and pepper. The steak kabab was cooked perfectly ( had asked for med well) and was served with charred onion, bell pepper, and tomato. ---- Overall I would recommend this spot if you'd like traditional Persian food in the corona area :) 🦦

I absolutely LOVE Kebob Hut ❤️❤️❤️ My parents and I have been going here for years. Their house salad is BOMB 💣 and pretty much everything else! My friends had their graduation dinners here because the food is such great quality and the staff have always been kind, courteous, and make you feel at home. The food genuinely makes me more joyful and happy. My boyfriend and I have gone a few times during the pandemic and this last time we say there was outside seating. It was nice to sit outside and relax a bit. Honestly though, anything you get here will be satisfying. I cannot wait to come back after this pandemic is over and we can do family style again though.

So this place is excellent, the food is always good, but the prices are just kind of mind bogglingly high. It costs 9.45 for a large Shirazi salad, which is only an 8oz container...Perhaps they gave me a small I thought, but turns out the small is $5 for 4oz, like 2 bites of salad, like a literal sauce container. Maybe try a 16oz or so? Included is a photo of the 9 dollar 8oz salad. Kinda disappointing considering the 5 ingredient salad could be made at this portion side for about 1.50. Same issue with any sides, the large side of rice is an adequate portion but the price is absolutely unbelievable. Definitely would recommend this place if money is no object.

You know, I'd been going to this place for a few years. In fact, I recently discovered that a friend of mine is a friend of the families. Which is the only reason why this place isn't getting a 1-star.

There's a host there. Black guy (I only specify for the owner's sake of identifying the employee because it's definitely worth addressing). Typically has an "I can't be bothered" sort of attitude, which-- by the way-- is a comically terrible affect to wear while hosting at a restaurant super rude. But the last time we went he was distinctly rude.

We were sat at a table we didn't really like; not a big deal of course. But when we asked to be moved to a different table (keep in mind that literally 80% of the restaurant was empty with all 3 hosts cussing behind their faux wall) we were met with "wow... Really? OK let me seat you guys again." Followed by eye rolls, deliberately loud sighs, and an especially annoyed re-seating where our menus were picked up and dropped at the table of interest, and then a swift exit back to the back where clearly this hosts real priority was waiting.

Look, I'll be the first to admit how much of a first world issue this is to complain about. That aside, let's keep things in context here. If I were at McDonald's I'd expect better service than this. When you're going to a sit-down restaurant with plates that run between $15-$30, you expect to be treated with some basic dignity and a genuine show of gratitude for your visit. Very basic restaurant expectations.

Wont...

I've been here twice, and both times I really enjoyed my meal. I have had the borani as an appetizer, their chicken kabob plate and their chicken wrap. The borani is an eggplant and yogurt dip, topped with fried onions. DELICIOUS! It's so addicting. I always have to refrain from slopping on copious amounts of it on the lavash. I would come here just to eat that. That's how good it is. Their chicken kabob plate is a really good size. I'm someone who can put down a lot of food, but for some reason I could only eat half of my plate. Must of been all the borani and lavash beforehand. But anyway, the plate came with basmati rice and charbroiled veggies. Amazing taste on the veggies. Now pair that with a forkful of basmati and chicken.. mouthwatering. I'm salivating just thinking about it.

The only reason why I didn't give this place five stars is because the service is pretty slow. Even when there is barely anyone in there. I feel like I have the wave my arms around for them to notice me. I don't really do that, but you get what I mean. Other than that, the serves and staff are really friendly!

Overall, great dining experience. I will definitely keep...
