McDonald’s — Restaurant in Coronado

Went for lunch and ordered at the kiosk. I was the first of my group of four to order and four others ordered after me. I waited for more than 20 mins but didn’t get food. Everyone that ordered after me received their order. I asked to a refund because I was going to be late and the guy that refunded me did not refund my full amount. They left me waiting 45 minutes in the drive thru. They took my money at the first window and didn't say a thing about the wait. At the second window, then they tell me to go to park and wait more. Went inside to get a refund, and it was bedlam. There was no one in charge, no focus.
