I'm torn. First visit was great! Bartender was knowledgeable and attentive. He gave us the history on the different drinks we ordered. My girlfriend and I had an enjoyable experience trying out about six different drinks. Second visit (12/11/22 4pmish) was not so great. My girlfriend and I ordered our drinks, tossed a bunch of songs into the jukebox and got ready to just chill out and enjoy the afternoon settling into this place. Context: Two people were working. Four people at the bar. Finished my drink and stared at my empty drink glass for over five minutes. Guy bartender was outside on his phone. Girl bartender was chit chatting with a patron. I tried to be patient. I really did. Eventually, I just placed my credit card down, payed for our two drinks and went on down the road. Very small, not enough seating, which isn’t all that bad. Beware of bottled beer, ordered a couple of bottles of coors and they were completely skunked! I wasn’t the only person to identify this problem, everyone else in my group did as well. Draft beer was ok, definitely not as cold as it could be. Also, why have a jukebox if your moody and rude bartender is going to cut it off and play what they want anyways, isn’t a jukebox so people can play what they feel like? Or what people pay to play? That’s literally what happened last night 02/26/22 like really? That is so disrespectful to cut the jukebox and have people lose their money, I’ll be contacting AMI, and getting a refund. Pretty neat little spot! The first time we went I got a Pink Dragon (I think is what is was) and my husband got his favorite, an Old Fashioned. I'm not a super fan of fruity drinks, but I felt like treating myself with something other than an amazingly cold beer. It was good and my husband loved his too. Last weekend after we went to Alamo Drafthouse we decided to pop in and try their $5 sangria, and it was good too! I unfortunately do not remember the name of the bartender who was there on that Sunday (July 17), but he was awesome. Good vibes in there both times we have went.
