The ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE AT ANY SUBWAY THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES. The Asian guy made two sandwiches for me, got both of them wrong, asked him to put THE bacon in microwave ON number two which he forgot to do to start, then I asked at the end if he could double the sandwich over like every subway I’ve EVER gone to does and he couldn’t figure out how to do that for neither sandwiches!!! It looked like a salad on top of bread, it was so bad that the sandwich matter didn’t even stay in the paper wrapper or the bag and got all over my vehicle in the short 1/8 mile I live away from this horrid establishment. I’m appalled and beyond upset at the laziness and forgetfulness!!! I will NEVER EVER in my life return there again other then to personally speak to the manager about this...
Read moreWhile I was ordering my sandwich, just thinking whether i wanted my bread toasted or not, I started to feel a sharp pain in my chest and before I knew it, I was having a heart attack. As I fell to the floor, my vision going black, I could just see subway employee, “Grant” hop the counter and begin performing CPR on me. This gentleman saved my life, and after 10 minutes of CPR I was up and doing well again, not only that, but after the attack, Grant insisted on paying for my sandwich as he told me, “That was my fault for letting that happen, you’ve been through enough my friend, let me pay.” and he happily paid out of his own pocket for my sandwich. I can’t thank Grant enough as he provided life saving CPR and a delicious sandwich to go with it. Thank you...
Read moreI went Into this particular subway on Staples and Yorktown on 12 /3/24 at 4:30PM. I was the third person in line and it took 45 minutes just to get to the glass where I can order. Although the two employees behind the counter were very nice and polite, they were not very efficient on working together to make a flowing assembly line. On top of that , they were the slowest moving people I have ever seen in my entire life. One would think with a rush or having customers, employees would put a pep-in-their-step to create a great customer’s experience. Issues with the credit card reader took some time as well. So when ordering to the time I paid took 30 mins. So finally at 6pm I was able to enjoy my wonderful #45 honey mustered...
