Ok, I donāt even know where to begin with this experience. Josh and I wanted Burger King. He goes to the drive thru and they tell him there system is down. Thatās ok with him, things happen. He gets down and enters. There is a line but itās not too long. He orders our meals and they give him the drink cups. He approaches the foundation drinks and they are all out of order. None of them work and are empty. He says to himself, thatās ok, they mustāve been busy and he letās it go. He sits patiently for 20 minutes. While he was sitting those 20 minutes, he observes the dining area. Everything is a mess! Ketchup on floor and counters. Empty straw wrappers everywhere. He still says ok, I can let that go. Mind you, he was really craving Burger King. A customer that ordered ahead of him asks the employee what the hold up is. The employee says, āIām sorry but we are 2 people shortā and the customer says, āThatās not my problem!ā. Then the employee replies āIts not my problem either!ā Then the employees start yelling amongst each other , āYour not my bossā...blah blah blah and yelling continues. Josh continues to observe everything going on around him. He lets it all go. THEN, there are two customers that are waiting for there orders. They were sitting and talking Spanish to each other. The MANAGER, named Beth,then decides to show her face and says to the two men speaking Spanish, āIN MY STORE NO ONE SPEAKS SPANISH! YOU NEED TO SPEAK ENGLISH ONLY OR LEAVE!ā. Everyone was in shock that she actually said that!! After that comment, Josh asked for a refund. BETH THE MANAGER gave him the refund and commented that he had been waiting over 20 minutes. But thatās not why he left. He wouldāve continued to wait if it wasnāt for that comment. He was thinking they were going to put something in our food. Wow! I thought he was going to say that they were airing an episode of What Would You Do? It wasnāt...

The last few times I went to this Burger King the food and service was awful so it had been awhile, maybe a month or six weeks. I just worked a 16 hour shift overnights and was hungry. Didnāt want breakfast... remembered Burger King does burgers for breaksfast. I pull up to the order screen and there is a big advertisement burgers for breaksfast... Iām thinking sweet!!! So I order a #10 (which is a bacon and cheese crispy chicken sandwich) the young lady tells me we donāt service burgers yet. I tell the lady about the sign and she tells me let me see if the broiler is on.. Iām thinking I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich it goes in the fryer not the broiler??? They ask me to pull up after I tell her that... the assistant manager comes to the window and says again we donāt do burgers now since the broiler is not on and that Itās not their fault?!?!! (How is it not your fault??? You donāt know how to do your job? Lie because you donāt feel like making lunch at breaksfast??? ) I again tell him I ordered a chicken sandwich which gets cooked in a fryer not a broiler. The assistant had the balls to tell me its early for burgers and it would take a few minutes I would need to be patient... Iām like duh!!! Would have saved a whole bunch of issues if you would have just done your job to begin with. I ended up telling him never mind and he was like okay maāam have a nice day!!! I will be calling to get with the area manager info later... Iām tired of going to restaurants and being treated like an inconvenience!!! You are getting paid to serve me what I ordered and paid for, not to screw around!!! Do you not have any integrity??? And these are the same people who think they should be paid 15.00 a hour when you canāt even do your job for what you make now!!!...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI got a Whopper with cheese just the hamburger they charged me $5.40 and the meat was ice cold I took it back and I told them that I just paid almost $6 for a hamburger and the meat is ice cold the cashier was very polite she said no problem ma'am I'm so sorry about that and we will make it for you and I'm standing there and the cashier takes it to the manager and explain the situation and the manager slams it in the trash and said I need you to remake that drive-through order it was one hamburger one Whopper with cheese so when the hamburger came back out the manager said do you have the Remake and I said yes ma'am I do and she just throws it down on the counter and didn't apologize or anything and that hamburger meat was not hot you cannot be eating meat that is not hot they're not cooking their meat all the way they act like it's our fault when we're paying $6 for a burger or Burger should be hot and it should be cooked all the way through I will never eat at that Burger King again ever on top of the nasty attitude that the manager had there's a problem with fast food they think that we have to take their junkie food it doesn't look anything like they make it mouth-watering on TV and then you go to get it and the workers just slop it at you and they keep it in a warmer forever and they don't cook it all the way it's ridiculous it doesn't matter if you pay these workers minimum wage or if you pay these workers $20 an hour your product is still going to be horrible because of the horrible MGR and worker I am in food service and I would never treat my people like that it's dangerous you can get food poison and kill people not cooking the food right so Burger King I don't even want to give...
