Don't waste your time on cold chicken.
During my last drive-through order, it took very long to even get my order to begin. Then I'm in line for 20+ minutes only to overhear the manager telling the customer in front of me that they mixed up her order & she should drive around to the front to fix it. So when I pull up to drive, the manager tells the kid at the window, "That's his 3 piece." I pay for my food, and upon grabbing it, it doesn't feel cold AT ALL. I even mention that, and the kid on drive says nothing, fumbles to put a lid on my drink and spills some on me & on the interior of my car. He said sorry & I grabbed my drink and left. I knew I was going to call the manager.
When I arrived home 40 minutes later, I didn't even get what I asked for. I asked for a 3 peice dark, and they gave me 2 white pieces and 1 dark of COLD CHICKEN. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager and explained. She apologized & offered to remake it, but I told her, "No, I wasn't going to drive back that way close to 10 PM." I told her that it was irresponsible and that she let an order out like that, and although it was her staff, she should take accountability. She again asked me to "bring her product back" to have it remade, and I said, "I'd much rather prefer a refund, then go back out." She obnoxiously replied, "If I don't have my product, I can't refund you. " I told him that was completely fine. I needed to see where she stood on the accountability of the incident, and clearly, she took no blame and didn't want to make it...

Now they have 16-year-olds ran by a coked-out manager at night time who doesn't know what they're doing. Aside from the confusion at the speaker taking 5 minutes for a simple two item order. The 25 minute wait in line was not worth it to get cold food, on top it all half of my order was raw. And then when we got to the window to cash out they cashed me out at the wrong order and under charged me at 1st then properly the 2nd time and now have to wait for said refund. I saw lots of bad reviews of this location from Door Dash; but i thought maybe people just had some bad experience with them, no big deal. But I couldn't be so wrong. I ordered 3 pc of White Meat Chicken and an Sandwich combo, but only received 2 pieces, and it was 1 leg and 1 breast. It may be ok if they didn't give all white meat, but they only gave me 2 pieces when i paid for 3. The fries they gave me for my combo, which is as little as nothing. So please save yourself a headache and money by going directly to pickup your order to make sure you get what you pay for, they are not very reliable when it come to...
