Continuing my on going reveiw. All the girls are great, Lucy, Lidya and Dora, and all the others. But today, they brought back Maria for two days only. If you missed here today, she will be back Saturday, just to help out Dora. Come and see them all.On the menu, they have the Texas Breakfast plate for $7.35. It has eggs with sausage, real spam, onions and peppers, pappas or hashbrowns, tortillas or toast, only they have this, you got to try it. Delisocio, and you may not be able to finish your plate On Friday, Saturday they have Carnitas for $6.99. 2 eggs, carnitas, potatos, beans, tortillias. A great deal. The chip salsa is the best, made fresh, and you can have it at breakfast too. The green sauce is awesome too, I put it on my eggs, with salt and pepper to taste. They also have Carnitas at lunch with Pico, so good on those days.So good. added 06.12.21. I recently posted photos of Lucy and Lydia. These are two of the best waitresses that ever existed. They know your needs, such as what you drink, what sauce you want, and they bring it to you automatically, without you asking. Your coffee or tea will always be full. If you come in often, You will get what you want without asking. You are treated like El Ray, the King of the world in here. The daily taco and plate specials are good. They give you a lot and value...

My family and I have been coming here for some time now, ever since we moved to the Calallen area. We used to love coming to this place for both sit down and take out. Now, not so much.....

I understand prices will be higher, but the price of food here was going up prior to inflation, but we used to not care because of the quality of food and that it is right when we get it. Now, it's a roll of the dice on whether we can get our food correct or not. Joey, one of the manager's fixed it one time, about a month ago, and even got some credit, but that was after 4 trips of getting the wrong food for our order.

Just today, ordered 4 simple tacos, bean and cheese with bacon, Carne quisada with cheese, and potato and chorizo with bacon. The beans were burnt and bacon was in crumbles, the Carne quisada had NO cheese, and all this costs extra but they don't put it in there consistently. Not to mention the cost, $24 and some change for 4 tacos and a drink, and all for the wrong order. I believe we are done with Feliz Amanecer. We've given chance after chance and there seems to be little improvement. I don't know where the order gets lost in translation, but I hope it gets fixed for...

Well the waitress was not to attentive to our table. My wife had to send her food back twice.... there was only one table that another waitress was taken care of. When we sat at the table asked about happy hour for margarita, she said till 8:00 and it was 7:30. We ordered our drinks then food. After my wife sending food back we ordered another drink (7:55) and only come back with mine! I was on alert and got the other waitresses attention about a drink. She said it was coming ( 15 min later) We left it alone till the bill hit the table. We was charged full price for a drink I went to the front desk to get it changed and come to find out I still paid almost full price for my wife's drink when happy hour said 1.99$. After trying to explain to them they are wrong and paying for false advertising they tried to lock me in! I will not recommend and will not go back. Just. One in town and not from here! I just wonder how many people like me got had by there false advertising!!! Will not go back to this place again!!!...
