Yesterday, after a really long day at work, I wanted to stop and get myself some Taco Bell. Once I got there, I saw the line was relatively long so I figured I would order online. Once I checked out and saw my total charge to my card I realized I had accidentally double ordered. I called Taco Bell to get it fixed but they couldn’t find any evidence of my order. The staff and the managers went out of their way to try to resolve my problem for me. They had no proof that I had ordered from their store other than my charge on my card (I checked out as a guest and it didn’t ask for any info ) And yet they still gave me my food anyway. Since I had double ordered and there was no way for me to get a refund because they didn’t have my ticket, the manager told me I could come back another day to pick up the second box that I paid for it. Read moreStopped in to order a meal as I would have at any drive thru place. I had trouble hearing over the intercom, finished placing my order and drove up to the window. The young lady took my payment and while doing so I apologized that I couldn't catch the message she gave me thru the intercom. She laughed and rudely said, " I said to wait "; looked at another employee mumbled something then laughed again. The look she had towards me at the moment was a look of disgust. As if she really didn't care about anything, meanwhile smirking, looking at the other employee again then laughing. It was then that I told her if she had something to say, tell me; and like most people from Corpus stopped laughing and smiling as the situation got serious. Had she been a guy her face would have gotten bashed in like a pancake and I would continued on with my day as if nothing happend. The food was ok, tasted as if it had been under a lamp...
Read moreIf you have a food allergy or any dietary restrictions, I recommend being VERY careful when ordering at this location; this is the 5th time this location has messed up the protein in my order. (I have all the free taco coupons to prove it.) I continued to be a patron at this location as it is close to my house and they have a polite staff, but I will not return after this one. I always make sure to be annoyingly specific about "NO Beef," as I have digestive issues with it. As you can see in the image there is beef and chicken on this taco. When I looked at it I only saw chicken, as I now check everything every time before I drive off. I unfortunately took a bite and that's when the smell of the beef became apparent. This really is not okay. The manager did hang up on me, when I called upset about this repeated issue. I get it!
