Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Corpus Christi

I made an order online at 4:03 pm and I arrived at the store at 5:10pm and my order still wasn't ready. I was informed after asking the cashier about my order that my pizzas were just going into the oven. The manager told me that she doesn't know what is going on because she just got here to work. I finally received my order at 5:22pm and the only reason for the second star is because the food was fresh and hot and right, otherwise it would be a one star for the poor speed. Unfortunately the 30 minutes or it's free doesn't exist anymore.

I had to change my review rating to a one star, one because a zero star isn't possible and two because on a second trip it was the same thing but this time the pizza was cold and the toppings on one of the pizzas looked as if they were sliding off. When I went to separate the slices they weren't cut right and the slices were so awkward that there was a giant slice which means there was also a tiny slice. I ended up having to use my own pizza cutter to finish cutting the pizza. It took over an hour and they still didn't have it ready when I arrived. Clearly this will be my first and last time at this location! Ordered (on the app with CLEAR instructions) a pepperoni and cheese stuffed crust with half ham and pineapple and the other half pepperoni and mushrooms! I can understand if I made this order over the phone but What in TF is this? It's like they just got a handful of toppings and threw it from the other side of the room! Management also proved to be no help when I called to resolve the problem! From what I was told the pizza that was incorrect is to be returned before they can remake my order, understandable! But as it was after 4 and I'm located out down 624, it would take me 30 to 40 min to make it past the high school then have to wait for them to remake it then battle 5 o'clock traffic for another 45 to 60 min drive back! This didn't seem fair for just a pizza so asked if I could just have it remade another day and was refused! Terrible...

TERRIBLE SERVICE IN THIS LOCATION. They do not give a damn about their customers because every time I come here, I am met with the worst treatment and the employees couldn’t care less. The first time, I called them ahead to make sure my order was ready and when I showed up, they claimed they never received my order despite charging me and giving me confirmation over the phone. The second time, I ordered my food an hour ahead and when I showed up an hour later, they made sure I was the last person to receive my order as they made everyone’s food before mine. All of these people ordered after I arrived as well, so there was absolutely no excuse for them taking what was now almost two hours on one pizza.Never returning as I have filed complaints with them multiple times, and nothing is ever done nor am I even treated with basic respect in this...
