This is for the one on Violet in Corpus Christi. Don't make your burgers so messy! Someone who is in the back doing the cooking doesn't care how the burger looks. Just keep an eye on cooks and tell them to think they're cooking/creating that burger for their mom. It's usually fine here but in this area of work one rotten apple does spoil the bunch. Update: 2/23/22 It's 34 degrees outside, wind chill 28 and I just left Whataburger and they had 1 lone little girl standing outside taking orders. She was not dressed for the weather, the restaurant was also not extremely busy, 6 cars in lanes at drive thru. I asked for the manager and complained about that young girl who was FREEZING 🥶 and that I just didn't see a need for her to be out there in this weather. The manager stated, "If she's cold, she can tell us." 🤦♀️ I told her manager, it's not if she's cold... SHE'S COLD! I'M TELLING YOU SHE'S COLD! 🥶 IT'S FREAKING 28 DEGREES! The manager told me it was a corporate thing to which I replied, yes ok I understand that but what about human decency??? It bothered me so much, I didn't enjoy my burger which was made very neatly by the way so maybe they read my previous review. 🤷♀️ I know they are trying to keep up with other establishments and be more efficient and if there were tons of cars like at Chic fil A then I'd understand! Chic fil A NEEDS these people outside since both lanes are almost always full with at least 20 cars each lane. Update: We have gone back and the treatment has been very friendly. Not sure if this chris mgr is still running the place. Also, regarding below I did hear from someone, and it was the man who I was complaining about, he's not the district mgr, I know he's not because I was given the district mgr name at the time and trust me it wasnt someone with the name chris. But I've raised my stars from 1 star to 5 stars due to the recent staff who have been so great!
Thank you Chris. I now save money not buying anymore due to the rude treatment from you. Situation was we tried a new spicy breakfast chkn sandwich they forgot the cheese not to mention the tiny sized tender was given. Called about it, the mgr told us since it was missing cheese to give our address and we will be mailed a coupon. A month later I called to ask how long it will take to get the coupon and I spoke to you and was very kind to you all the while feeling like I was begging for what we were told we would get and you were so rude to me I have not gone back to your Whataburger. Oh and btw we did find the receipt because for some reason a photo was taken of it. In case you think we were lying about the order who takes a picture of a receipt? I did try to get a district mgr to call me and to be the best of my knowledge I have not gotten a phn call but that's ok...
Read moreThis is literally the worst Whataburger I eat Whataburger at least 2x a week each time I come to this location it is nothing but the hugest disappointment and instant regret I always ask for toasted buns I always receive the burger with untoasted buns tonight especially was the worst I ordered a regular Whataburger with toasted buns and received it with untoasted buns I send it back get it AGAIN without toasted buns send it back still buns are NOT toasted my spouse orders a triple meat and only receives 2 we send it back they give it to us AGAIN with ONLY 2 patties and doesn’t even get his drink we call they tell us to pick it up tomorrow we get home assuming our order should be right since we sent it back multiple times OUR MISTAKE when open the bag they gave us our order wrong again we drive back the manager Juan makes our food AGAIN gets my spouses order right but my burger is still not toasted all in all WORST Whataburger location save your time and go to another Whataburger even the Robstown location is better...
