If I could I would give it a ZERO STAR I sent my mom to get a pick up order. She waited 20 min then went in after the girl who we checked in with never came back. It was just sitting there the girl didnt get right name.. After the gentleman charged my mom, which she paid with her debit card, they charged her a extra 2.8% for paying with the cc. Mind you as a business owner we are charged a processing fee but we do not charge our customers. Not only that most fees are .25% when card is swiped. I understand square charges high fees but this is not square. Can you imagine the amount of extra money they make off of everyone? Their pickup is brought out to you and we usually tip when they bring us our order. NO one offered my mom help carrying out the order. She made two trips into the restaurant to get it all. But here is the biggest complaint HE HAD THE AUDACITY TO ASK MY MOM FOR A TIP!!! To make this even more crazy our order was messed up. When I called he didnt seem to mind. And he acknowledged that they do charge the customers this fee and stuttered when I asked him why would he ask my mom for a tip when she went in for our order nobody helped her etc. He just responded what was messed up on your order. MAYNE HOLD LUPP when I tell you this place have to be the best Mexican food we have ate we see why this was Selena favorite place to eat we got the beef Enchilada plate and the steak fajita tacos we went in the am we didn't think they sell dinner In the am we called and placed our order I would do that in advance made it no wait time went in side and Mayne hold lupp you could feel the amazing energy the fresh food being made is just in the air I was like got damn we might should eat inside I seen like love every where the cooks was just enjoying cooking the food real talk we got the food and MAYNE hold lupp the beef Enchilada was like meat sauce inside I don't know how they got it like that but the beans was made to where they smash the beans you can tell the steak fajitas was damn fresh with the home Hand made Tortilla was so damn good I not gone lie we came back around 1:30 pm no mind you they Close at 2:30 pm that shows you how foolywooly they food be we got the taco plate and when I tell you it was off the meat racks I said got damn they don't miss food was amazing and not even high we just went home and went to sleep great great place to eat and the cook they food with love we saved the tortilla and brought them home to eat for later they made them right when we order them had to Mayne hold luppppp this plac here must go to when...

First off this place is so cramped you can barley fit and the noise....MY GOD THE NOISE IS SO UNBAREABLE i didnt even wanna stay because it was so loud in there i mean i couldn't even hear my aunt who was sitting right infront of me. But, i chose to give this place a chance since it was my first time eating there. The wait for our food was more than an hour long i had to actually call my waitress and tell her to bring our food or we were leaving. It wasnt untill then when she got on top of our order. FINALLY we received our plates but, Then she got the order wrong....after a while she fixed all three of Our orders. When i finally got to eat my food the chicken enchiladas that i had were mushy and soggy with little taste. I felt like i was eating nursing home food for the elders with no teeth. ....only good thing i can say about this so called "famous" hi-ho resturant is that the tortillas were soft.
