Went today to give them another chance. Last visit I asked for my breakfast mild, was served the dish extra spicy. Couldn’t eat it, waitress said she got confused. Today, I ordered 2 quesadillas with steak fajita, fried potatos and refried beans. Was charged separately for everything, but the waitress didn’t let me know about the upcharge. She also only put down 1 plate, I ordered 2.. and never brought me the coffee i asked for while I waited. When bringing this up to the manager at checkout, his only reply was a fake “I’m sorry” and “what do you want me to do about it”? He never offered to lower the price, he didn’t offer anything free, instead he asked with an attitude, so do you want another plate made? No, I don’t want to wait another 20 minutes while the 2nd plate gets made and likely messed up. $20 for a quesadilla plate with potato’s and beans and a bacon/egg taco… and the rudest customer service I’ve...

Bad customer service! I called placed an order and asked if it was the one by Altex they said yes. I went and picked it up and they said I’d have to go to another location to pick it up. The last Martha was absolutely rude and it’s the not the first time she’s been rude to us. I asked if I could just get my tacos there because I made sure I was calling the correct location she said yes but she was going to charge me double. I’ve ordered tacos here for several years for my company twice a week, over 15 tacos each time and I think we’ll be going elsewhere and it’s all due to this lady. My dad placed an order last time and asked her to make sure it was corn tortilla because the last time it was flour. She got the ticket and put it to his face to show she wrote corn. Well guess what? It was flour, he went back and she told him ni modo. Like seriously lady? She needs some training in...

I had the Acapulco french fries , they were ok , but I thought the enchilada sauce was overpowering. They would have been better with just chili con carne , no enchilada sauce. It also had tiny little pieces of meat , seriously, why they bothered..... if you are going to put meat in a dish, PUT MEAT . It does not have to be a large amount , but please don't make me hunt for it!! The fries were good. they could have been a little more crisp( maybe a double fry) , but they were not soggy. The cheese was just the right amount of delicious goo. The server was very attentive. In spite of seeing all servers constantly cleaning the dining room , the ladies' restroom was a little scary. The 1 light was very dim , maybe that was so I could not tell what my shoes were sticking to on the floor , but a brighter light and a good mop would cure that....
