Pumpkin Spice and Candy Cane lattes all year round, oh my!! I won't lie, I've spent enough money here to build them a whole second story but that's what happens when you support local business...they become family. Emily, Sydney, Briana, Angela, Jose, Luca, Madison, Angel, Holly are all a magical team of lovelies that not only add pep to your step with amazing coffee and tea and fresh breakfast stuffs, everything is made with love, fresh, and with a little dash of kindness to sweeten your day. There's something about not just the coffee but the service and atmosphere that add that necessary piece of mind and calm to your day. To add to that, they are a Veteran supportive business and they will forever have my favor even if that was the only positive trait they had as a business. The coffee shop is always a clean, warm and homey atmosphere, and they take a lot of pride in everything they do. They are also always so good to my kids! My babies always have the best days at school when we start our mornings here. These people are their favorite people to see first thing in the morning. Bless you, Weaver Family! Read moreHorrible experience, and service. Poor ownership. This was our family’s go to spot once a week from out of town. Two weeks ago we made a coffee order before heading back out of town. After we were on our way, we noticed one coffee missing. We immediately called, and they said “Oh, come back we can make it”. We were already on the way and didn’t want to turn around. We asked for a refund and they said well we can make it tomorrow. Obviously we weren’t going to be back in town the next day. I asked for a refund again, and they said they’d pass my name and number to the owner. I never got my refund or a call. I thought, “whatever, no biggie. I’ll go back sometime soon and just get it then.” So today, two weeks later, I arrived to get said coffee and make another sizable additional order for the family when they said no. Very rudely they said, “Our remake policy is only for the day of or next day and we don’t do refunds.” When I asked for a refund for product I didn’t receive, they said maybe you can try to email the owner then. Dear Stingers Coffee Team,
I’m writing to bring to your attention a negative experience I had at your location involving one of your employees, I believe her name is Audrey.
I’m a regular customer and usually enjoy your service, but lately, I’ve noticed that Audrey often appears upset or frustrated when helping me. I’m not sure what I may have done to cause this, but I always try to be respectful and polite.
Today, I ordered a latte, and it was made incorrectly. I politely handed it back and asked for it to be corrected, but she didn’t make any changes and returned it to me the same way. I felt dismissed and uncomfortable.
I wanted to let you know because I value your business and hope that future visits can be more positive. I won’t come back in the mornings anymore, hope fully she’s not there in the evenings. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
