Usually pretty clean inside and the food is fine, but that's about all that's good about it. We typically have some kind of issue with our order that requires us to go inside and get it corrected (made item incorrectly or missing items). This last time we went was the worst experience I've had here. First, they wanted us to park in the crosslined "No Parking" area next to their new sign to wait for our order which took quite awhile to come out. They missed one of our burgers (a double quarter pounder) so I had to go inside to get it corrected. The manager tried to take the single quarter pounder out of our bag saying it wasn't what we should have gotten despite it also being on our order and on our receipt and seemed annoyed when I stopped him and pointed it out on the receipt. I guess he thought we got the wrong item not just missing an item? But still, please check before just grabbing my guy. Experience was made worse by the other manager who was coming off duty yelling and screaming at the employees, threatening them and treating them like misbehaving children. She then proceeded to treat her own maybe 10 year old child who was waiting for her in the lobby (who was innocently colouring in a colouring book and otherwise well behaved from what I saw from my time inside) the same way. I get it's your child your choice and I didn't get to see the whole picture but it still seemed very unnecessary. Read moreToday is Monday 8/2/21 time: 1:00 p.m. went through the drive thru and now I understand the McDonald's is under construction, the line on the 1st lane was extremely long so I went to the 2nd lane thinking oh let me move to give others room to get in the line as the line was to the street.... wrong I saw the car before me was upset so I thought it was because of the order he placed, NO whomever is at drive thru now was taking all the orders from the 1st lane .... she took 3 to 4 cars before she got to me and I'm sure the person in front of me, so I honked after I saw 3 cars go by and she was taking the 4th car order and someone comes on and I asked "you guys don't take turns on the lanes" and she replied "I'm sorry we are very busy" I said I understand but you have a long line on the 2nd lane and you'll just took 3 or 4 cars on the 1st lane.. I should have just stayed on lane 1. She again said "we are very busy" and I told her well it's just not fair we are very busy also and at lunch... but just her attitude 🙄 NO NEED, I LEFT AFTER WAITING IN THE FREAKING LONG LINE.. I was not going to give them my business with that ugly attitude..I always say if you are not happy with your job, then LEAVE AND DONT GIVE OTHERS A HARD TIME!!! NEVER GOING TO GIVE THAT MCDONALD'S MY BUSINESS!!! I WENT TO WEINERSCHITZEL down the road and not even 5 minutes there plus the drive thru lady was nice and courteous....SO SAD WE HAVE TO ENCOUNTER RUDE PEOPLE WHEN WE ARE...
Read moreI will not go back to this McDonald's again when you walk in the store smells like they mopped it with toilet water. I also waited 20 minutes for 2 quarter pounder meals but when I got home 1 of the burgers for my son was incorrect. So here I go back for them to fix it. It took them about 7 minutes for the remake, and the girl just put it on the counter and didn't say anything. I asked had to ask for fries since originally it was a meal. I should have checked it before I left but when I got home it was still wrong and all they did was wipe the mustard off the bun and put more ketchup and the patty was all crumbled into little pieces and no cheese. So this time I'm a little ticked and they saw me walk in but didn't want to deal with it was my impression but when I spoke to the manager he had a bit of an attitude and was ready to just give me my money back. I explained that my son was still hungry if he could make correctly this time I would still like my food. He went on and stated that he didn't make it his kitchen manager did and went to the back to make my burger. A few minutes later the counter person puts my sandwich on the counter and I asked if it was mine and she said yes. This time I checked it before I left I guess the 3rd time is the charm. It would have been nice to at least have been apologized to for there mistakes since I had to go...
