Walked into the coffee shop at 9:40pm on a Saturday night and asked for a coffee and croissant. The croissant they said cannot be warmed up as they had turned off the oven?! (When they close at 11..why would they start shutting stuff down an hour and 20mins earlier?)And then the coffee, was lukewarm! I guess that was turned off too..I returned it and then the guy gave me another cup that was exactly the same temperature! I then told the lady That this is 'NOT HOT AT ALL..' And I was a little agitated by then.. As this was the second time..she says" oh okay, I am brewing one now and il give you a cup of that instead.. Wow? Why would you give someone cold or leftover coffee which is not even hot? Turned the stuff off again? And their attitude too was so bad! I understand they doing this like 10-20 mins before they close but this was too early! And the worst part was that they were least apologetic about having to change my coffee thrice!!! Very bad and lazy attitude! They didn't care at all.. Looks like they should shut down at 10 if they don't care and don't want to work! Coming from Houston this is one of the worst and least customer friendly places I have been too! Avoid this place if possible and maybe look for local coffee...

It was like a must have to have a smile on your face, amazing customer service, and lol good handwriting before they went to labels. This particular Starbucks I always have lousy customer service with. I say please I say thank you, they refuse to run back your order go over the total all they tell you at the speaker intercom is I’ll let you know when you get to the window. I’m not greeted with a smile. I’m not told hello the total or think you are goodbye. The woman I just dealt with has green glasses at the drive-through. Extremely rude did not make eye contact did not say one word to me. Starbucks this is the face of your company? What has this company come to? Read moreThere is always room for improvement. Last night before closing on 06/04/22, I picked up an Uber Eats order and delivered it to North Beach. Come to find out while I was handing it to the customer that 3 items were missing. Two Breakfast sandwiches and a bottled water. I apologized to the customer and felt bad because they were expecting to get what they paid for. The tip given was a generous tip. I told the customer to keep the tip since the order was incomplete. I stayed with the customer to help her contact Uber Eats support to give them credit for the items not received. I was disappointed that they had paid so much to have an incomplete order. After I closed out the order, I took it among myself to drive to the nearest convenience store to buy the customer a bottled water and two hot food items and delivered it the the hotel room they were staying at. I just felt that I had to some how compensate for it.
