I really have enjoyed this location and the small-town feel it has, while other locations are just too busy. I spend, on average, about (generally everyday) $12 on two drinks since the Nitro has been offered at this store, and before that at least $6 on my hot coffee or tea. For this particular drink order Iām very specific (as most Starbuckians are) with how I want it made, given itās very strong, and the am & pm crews nail it almost every time and when itās been slightly off, they cheerfully continue to try and make it right with a smile on their faces. When I come through they know who I am bc itās not like other orders and they remember me.
Today I came through and it was too strong, and I handed it back for extra classic, which was no big deal, but when it was handed back to me and I broke eye contact with the window sever to taste it, I remarked āitās still not rightā and before I could look up into her eyes to see if sheād correct it, the window was slammed in my face.
Iām not combative and honking my horn to get her to continue servicing me didnāt seem appropriate, so I drove off and immediately called to get her nameā Jackie was my server. She was rude and impatient with a loyal customer who has been apart of this locations success and has given my hard earned money to dozens & dozens of times since its opening- hundreds of dollars.
Iām not reviewing the store, Iām reviewing HER bc otherwise my experiences have been stellar. I think Jackie needs to be retrained or crossed trained in another area where she is not dealing directly with customers. It was shocking to have the window slammed in my face, and for what...? Was I bothering you with my request to have the drink I PAID for made to my satisfaction?
As a local guide I will wholeheartedly recommend this location and 99.999% of the staff thatās always been very accomadating and friendly, even overly friendly, and helpful with my tall orders and specifications.
Get it together, Jackie. Youāre in the service industryā act...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe food constantly has flies all over it, not only that but at one point in time I heard the manager I believe her names savannah, ask one of the workers to keep the drive thru window closed (while this worker is handing out drinks to someone). Not only that but I've heard from multiple people they now aren't allowed to use the bathroom or they don't get a break. She's constantly in the back when there's a rush with only 2-3 people behind the bar. I go at least once a week maybe more to do some work and that's all I ever see. Shes also made it to where her workers must wait for their drink in line even if they are absolutely packed instead of just letting them make it quick and getting out of the way. There are a few workers who have bitter attitudes sure but most of them are very nice and friendly. Savannah on the other hand has made it to where I'd rather find another spot to be at, treating your employees right is not just responsible but it's also the fact of being a decent human being. Love Starbucks but maybe pick some...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis Starbucks is extremely disappointing. There is no reason going through the Drive Thru should take 45 minutes. Iāve been in other Starbucks lines as long as 15 cars in front of me and it has taken 10 minutes max. Unfortunately, the way they make their drinks is not consistent and most of the time a little more than half way full. For being a new starbucks, itās not as clean as it should be inside. The staff is extremely rude and lazy and they never apologize for the long wait in the drive thru or inside. Most of the time when I come in the morning they are just walking around confused. Someone who knows how to run a starbucks needs to come out and train them to be productive. Very disappointed in the management.
Update: this Starbucks was doing better for a couple months but now are back to their old ways of allowing their customers to sit in the drive thru for 45 minutes. This is truly unreal. The employees here donāt care about their customers and have attitude most...
