Subway — Restaurant in Corpus Christi

If I could give this location less zero stars I would. It was awful. The employee was beyond rude. Rolling her eyes, annoyed when engaged and downright disrespectful throughout the interaction. We ordered two foot longs and two chips. They charged us for fountain drinks after we filled our water bottle with water from the drink fountain. When asked about a free water cup, the employee stated “we don’t do that here.” Apparently they charge for water at their store and we were in violation of their policies by filling up our own container instead of paying $2.37 for a small, unlabeled cup. Bread and chips were stale. Asked for a new bag of chips and was told I needed to check the date on the bag because it was not expired. Meager portions of veggies on sandwiches and death glares when we asked for a “bit more”. The employee was unfamiliar with the menu options and got angry when we asked to sub out jalapeños for...

The lady with the flower tattoos on her left forearm is rude and is very skimpy with what she adds to your sandwiches. Heaven forbid you ask her for more and she says she is not allowed to. I offered to pay for the extra and she said she does not have an "extra" button. I won't be returning and this explains why there was no one in there. She probably had ran off all the customers because who wants to pay for a sandwich that barely has any vegetables in it. I only ask for 4 things and she wouldn't put any extra, but then proceeded to ask me if I wanted anything else. The answer was no obviously because I wanted more of only two of the four veggies I had on there. Very disappointed. If I could rate zero stars, I would. Terrible experience! First, I placed my order on the app for a pizza. Arrive to pickup my order to find out the oven is broken. Employee proceeds to advise me in a rude manner that the only thing I can get is a tuna sandwich because it has to be the same price, but never once apologized for the inconvenience. In addition, I'm finally able to order a turkey sandwich and when I ask for extra olives I'm told only 3 olives are allowed. Apparently olives are counted? As I proceed to walk out she begins to talk about me as if I'm not in the store still?! The employees at this store need training on Customer Service, the lack of empathy was unbelievable. If you can find another Subway closer I would highly recommend going to a different location for sure! Or another...
