Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Corpus Christi

I just can't believe I was changed $58.38 for 2 one topping pizzas, manager kept telling something was wrong with the register I told her it said approved, she replied it's nothing on my system she asked me to run my card again , it said approved once again and on her side she didn't show anything she moved to another register and for the 3rd time asked me to run my card and she said it went thru and handed me a receipt, well guess what she lied, I was changed $19.46 X3 total $58.38 now she said she doesn't know how to refund the money to call corporate and she gave me the number, be aware if they tell you it doesn't go thru double check with your bank, I will not return to this location their registers are not working appropriately. Corporate will hear from me won't recommend this location. Update Called Corporate I was told they will refund the money to my card right away, well it's been a month and no refund yet, I will call them again seems like they don't care, please be aware if their credit card machine on their side shows you didn't pay and manager will ask to swipe it again becareful your card will be charged every time you swipe it, then they will not...

So unsatisfied with this Little Caesars tonight the pizza and the crazy bread is always fresh and hot no matter what tonight as I went in to order a pizza and bread sticks I was told the wait was gonna be 35 mins so I waited assuming everything was gonna be hot and fresh since I had to wait 35 mins but as I'm waiting for my pizza and bread sticks that was sitting on the shelf for so long until I had to go and ask if that was my order and come to find out my pizza was cold and soggy and my bread sticks also I've never had a problem at this Little Caesars with my food like I did tonight Idk what went wrong with the workers and on top of that none of the employees had hairnets on(one girl had her hair everywhere with no hairnet...

My experience here is always above expectations. I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery tonight and they arrived in 20 minutes, 13 minutes earlier than expected. They were too hot to eat! There's definitely way too much sauce. But I see complaints about this location about not having enough sauce, so this may be an intentional change. I see on the app now how I can order with light sauce, so that issue will be addressed going forward. The bake has greatly improved on the thin crust in the last few months, there's now a slight crisp to it, which is perfect! I much rather a thin and crispy crust. I used to place the pizza in a skillet to crisp the bottom but no longer need to do that. Keep up the good job on making...
