I used to manage Subways and I am highly disappointed in this one. I went in two nights ago and the woman was rude and seemed to rush me so she could get back on her phone. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, thinking perhaps she was having a bad day. But tonight, I went in again with my son and the same woman was there. As soon as I walked up, she was standing there on her phone. I walk in, she doesn't greet me, instead I greet her. I place an order for a pizza and she says, "What else..." in a very rude way. I order my sandwich, get to the register, pay, and tell her, "thank you." She replies with, "uh huh." I sat inside for about 20 minutes and the entire time, she was on her phone. Terrible customer service and she wasn't wearing a hair net or a visor, both times I came in. I would never want this woman working for me, why work in customer service if you can't be nice?

Read moreHorrible experience, it has been a while since I have subway because they got rid of the bread I like and couple other things, but today I wanted to give it a try again. Beginning with the service the woman that made our sandwich seem that she was in a bad bad mood. We ate there, and we had order a churros, when we had finished eating our sandwiches, we open the bag where the churros was in and the churro was hard as the table.... I ask the lady if it was supposed to be this hard, her response make me so mad...she said " Well you were supposed to eat it right away" well how am I supposed to eat it before my sandwich? Or at least she could have told me oh hey just so u know it those get hard. She didn't offer on making another one or apologies for it. Horrible Horrible service. I make better sandwiches, never coming...
Read moreYet again reviewing this subway. They now have new staff and the employees have been great. The woman who helped us lastnight (she was an older short woman) was super sweet. The only complaint I have is either to management or ownership. They only schedule one person working at night (I assume to save on payroll.) Not only is that not fair to your employee working by themselves, it's not fair to the customers having to wait when it gets busy. There were three people who walked out lastnight due to there only being one person working. You're losing business. And I can't help but think how unsafe it is for that employee to work by themselves, especially at night. Also, how do they take a break if they are the only one there? Sounds illegal...
