The Barn Drive Thru Beer & Keg Haus — Restaurant in Corpus Christi

Not much to this place, you get beer, mix drinks, ice. That's all fine. The dude (maybe the owner?) Roland, meh, would of had a better experience had someone less chauvinistic served us. We're Texas natives who now live out of state and when he asked why we were far from home (the state on our license) I (a woman) began to answer, but nah, he promptly cut me off. It was my husbands thoughts he was interested in.

It made me think...oh yeah...I forgot- this is how (many) men are in Corpus. I forgot about all the men that were disrespectful and had low opinions of women.

The Barn is another one of Corpus Christi's hidden gems. Whether you're sitting down or getting something through the drive through, this place does not disappoint. To order something through the drive through you literally drive through a barn. It's fun. Not much else to say, you just gotta see for yourself! If you're sitting down, they have indoor and outdoor seating. Both are dog friendly, and the staff brings treats sometimes when we bring ours. If it's a nice day, I highly recommend their wide variety of outdoor seating. Oh, and they have food. The food is good. I recommend the catfish if...

I had a big wedding in June in my backyard and needed two kegs of unusual beer and this guy FOUND BOTH! It's much better under new ownership. Its put together well, clean, packed with global beer and even provided their space for a fundraiser for a family's funeral. You gotta love a guy that gives back to his community. Swing by for some really cold beer! Great business,...
