Poor Management! Manager was in a rush with only 5 customers in the store and only 3 in line with no cars at the drive thru, so why in such a rush? This manager was helping an older gentleman at the cash register, while screaming over this man, just to ask for my online order name, then proceeded to very rudely ask for proof of my online order all while still screaming/helping this older gentleman. On top of that this rude manager was very rudely ordering her staff around. Not a please or thank you went out to the staff after she was so rude to them. The staff was 100% kind and extremely friendly and the gentleman that made my sandwich was amazing. Food was amazing, store was clean and the teamwork between the stuff was amazing. I ordered a chipotle cheesesteak and not only did they say they couldn’t put items I ASKED AND WAS WILLING TO PAY FOR, they were rude and had 0 LISTENING SKILLS. The only employee working at Bel Aire said after almost an hour in line that she had no meatballs. Sighing, we left and I thought I'd use the app. I ordered from Port and Baldwin, put in my card info, and started through the parking lot. Phone rang, it was Subway. No meatballs. Please cancel the order then, I said. She said ok no problem. It is the end of the month. Still no refund. Why would the app say I picked up a sandwich that didn't exist?
