Whataburger — Restaurant in Corpus Christi

Went on a Friday and ordered 2 sweet and spicy bacon burgers with extra sweet and spicy sauce on the side and extra pickles bythe time we get home fries are barely halfway there bo sauce on the side not even on the burgers and there were no pickles. I end up talking to the manager the next day and was told I could come by and get both the meals replaced by the time I get there i think a manager by the name or Nancy says she's only doing the burgers when the manager earlier clearly said she would replace my meal. She kept uo with a attitude and saying it wasn't her problem and that's all i would be getting and that I'm lucky I'm even getting that i asked her if she was happy trying to cheat me out of my food i paid for and she said it wasn't her problem i kept asking for her name but luckily my wife says she saw her name if it was Nancy hopefully I'm not throwing the wrong name out there and she kept hanging up on me when I called back again to ask her for her name and again hangs up again. At some point in the conversation she sounded like she was slurring her words I'm not to sure if she was high or drunk maybe both. My wire even said some of them looked to be on drugs. I feel sorry for them. Wouldn't recommend this location your better off going out of your way to another location...

Upon arrival the drive thru attendant had a horrible greeting and took her sweet time in greeting me at least tell please give me a moment Then we had a guy asking everyone in line for money and would watch you from a distance. Then, the customer in front of me in Drive thru was falling asleep in line and wouldn't move forward. Luckily, the man asking for money had no issue waking her up. At last, it's my turn I drive up, and this young woman had the nastiest attitude I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. the body language horrible, greeting horrible take N g the cash from my hand she snatches it out of my hand.. I begin the interaction with a smile, thinking maybe we can make the interaction painless, wrong. She begins to get my food and practically throws the bag at me as well as the drink tray. I made it home and they forgot one of the burgers. I had straight back bring it in, and the manager was just as bad. Almost accusing me of not ordering what I had. Luckily, I had a receipt and they begrudgingly honored the receipt. Thankfullpy it was my buddies burger cause I'm pretty sure there were...

This location use to be good but I feel has gone down over the years. Customer service at this location is so slow and lacking. For starters, I ordered a burger with mustard and onion only. I get a burger with mayo and onion only. I send it back for a new burger. They add mustard but its still the same burger with mayo. They make a new burger, it now has mustard, lettuce, and tomato. A manager had to make my rather simple burger order. The whole ordeal was tiring and just unneeded. Secondly, sometimes I feel they barely cook their onion rings. Thirdly, their milkshakes suck. Dont get a milkshake there. Everytime I get one it always tastes like there is hardly any syrup. Tastes very vanilla. I know it doesnt have enough syrup, because I get the same shake at other locations and they taste different plus have a darker hue cause they have the right amount lf syrup. This is just some out of many things. Injust go out of my way to go to another location...
