Burger King — Restaurant in Corpus Christi

Man.. went out of my way to try and give fast food another go. Well let me tell what.. NOPE. WHEN I SAY FILTHY IT WAS FILTHY! BURGER KING ON SARATOGA. MARK YOUR DAYS! Aside from decent customer service from the cashier and the Coca-Cola being on point. Everything was gross. Waited to get our order made and received mediocre cold food, couldn't find a single clean table to sit at, found broken baseboards, rust and black mold on the ac vents, foggy looking windows, trash on every table, smeared ketchup, dirty trays and cobwebs in plain sight, and not ONCE! Did someone come clean or wipe down even after being notified. With new customers coming in they still took no initiative to clean the entire visit. When the remake for the food was being assessed the manager who walked in late and disheveled laughed at us as we looked on to get our order remade. Restrooms were filled with employees doing god knows what in both restrooms so we had to book it to the nearby gas station because the food we had just eaten had to come up. Never again! Aside from no hair nets, and no name tags so I can't identify them but corporate needs to shut this location down and fast!. Looked at Google reviews and they have more 1 star reviews then anything else. Avoid this location. I'm no saint by any means but if it keeps anyone else from an experience like mine then so be it. Also just so y'all know why we stayed, I wanted to see if they would fix the problem, not be part of it. Never again...

First walked in was not greeted the lady just stood there looking at us. So I ordered the classic chicken sandwich and the lady said they didn't have it. So I ordered the club crispy chicken sandwich meal instead and a fish sandwich only. My gf ordered the spicy chicken sandwich meal with some chicken fries. They did not read off our order so I payed and looked at the receipt and noticed I was also charged for another small fry and small drink that I did not order. I had to get their attention to tell them i was charged for 2 extra items, the manager gave me the money back but neither said sorry and seamed to not want to even be there. When we got our order it was wrong even though the receipt was on the tray saying what needed to be there, they gave us 2 chicken fries and the fish sandwich and 2 fries but did not give us the spicy chicken sandwich and they gave me a double woper.. I told the lady about it and she just seemed that I was being irritating to her and she got the crispy chicken sandwich but then I noticed I didn't get my club chicken sandwich and my gf said he received the wrong sandwich as well and the lady just replied you'll have to go find the manager for that and walked away. At no point did anyone say sorry or at least smile once. I felt I was just in their way and a nuisance to them, felt very uncomfortable even being there. Will never return to that...

Service here has always been bad. The location is convenient. I don't know why I keep going back. Last visit 2/17/17 7:43 am. I ordered the croissant value meal with orange juice. Pulled to the window. Ricky took my debit card. A few seconds later another guy just stuck his hand out of the drive through window and handed me my juice. He did not acknowledge me. Ricky comes back out of the window and tells me to drive up behind the car in front of me. There was no one behind me at all.

So finally another guy named Rickey comes out and hands me my bag and mumbles off my order to me and then says have a Burger King Day. I drive home and open my bag and to my surprise I find just hash browns.

I called the store to get the regional managers phone number and had to go round for round with the manager as to why I needed his number. I explained my problem to her and asked for my refund $5.50. I get a call back from her a few minutes later and then she tells me that she can't issue a refund without the debit card and she has $5.50 at the register for me.

Well you can go get this $5.50 because I won't. This place is a joke. However, I bet if your name was Ricky they would hire you right away. I will never go to this location again. I will continue to spend my money at WHAT A BURGER. They know how to do it. Any WHAT A BURGER location in Corpus has these...
