If there was a way to give a negative number of stars I would. Look at my other reviews, very seldom do I rate anything less than 4 stars, most of the time, 5 stars. We had been on the road for 7 hours and needed a good supper but didnt have time for a solid dine in restaurant. We decided to chose this place for a quick bite it eat. Bad mistake!! Ordered a simple number 1 with fries and chocolate mint shake. Simple right? Nothing special. We waited about 14 minutes ( busy night at around 9pm) and we received our order than back on the road again. The burger was not even warm, there was so much mustard on it that it squoze out the sides and the "limited time" special shake was had a extremely fake flavor. Could not even taste the chocolate nor the mint. This was our first (and last) visit to this chain of restaurants. The logo is that they dont try to sell the most burgers only the best, making a jab at McDonald's. Well, I dont really care for McDonald's all that much but at least their food is always at the right temp, not layered in mustard and their chocolate shakes taste like a shake. We tossed the food and shake. We didn't take time to turn around on the highway to head back for a refund or exchange, I already waited too much highway time for nasty first vist. Beware!!!! Not sure what changed (if anything) but we had heard good things about this chain, we are not impressed and will not be back.
